Today I used the Carl’s Jr app to utilize the promotion for a free hangover burger. All went well till we opened the “burgers” . No hamburger patty but lots of ketchup and soggy tots.. I thought maybe since it was free today they decided not to add the burger. When I called whoever answered said there should have been a burger in there and did offer to make us new ones if we came back today but unfortunately I was not able. He told me that he would explain to the cooks that there should have been a burger on it too, not just bacon and tater tots.. unfortunately even if the hamburger patty had been in there I’m not sure that it would have been that tasty from the looks of it I’m glad we didn’t go back.

The employees were all complaining they only had 6 workers tonight while I waited over 10 minutes for a double cheeseburger with bacon that had no bacon and the patties were cold. The fires were undercooked and soggy. It was like the employees didn’t give a damn that customers were waiting extended periods of time for the wrong damn order. Corporate needs to step in. The guy with the tattoos on his neck definitely was more concerned about only having 6 workers than he was getting customers their order. The onion on the burger is giving off an offensive non fresh onion smell. I won’t be trying that.. disgusting, I won’t be eating this crap. I’ll try and dispute the charge with my bank. I tried calling and was hung up on after voicing my complaint.

I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes to get my order. When I ate my food, you could tell the food had set for awhile, it was cool and dry. Management had only 2 people on during one of their busiest times. Plus, they were out of product for what I initially wanted. I posted a picture of a “double” cheese burger I got from them. Quality?

This place is a rip off charged me 11.00 for a single western bacon cheeseburger, burger only, then the top was not secured on the cup and milkshake went everywhere in my car, tried to call and nobody answers. I check the price average for that burger 8.11.stole 3.00 from me.
I bet I won’t hear nothing back. Now I have to have my car cleaned because they can’t properly put a top on a cup.
That place is the worst carls in colorado springs..im calling cooperate about this B.S. and to really make matters worse they got the damn burger wrong I wanted no bbq sauce add ketchup and mayo.they still put BBQ and mustard.
Completely wasted my time now I got to go get something else to eat.

We got to the drive through and had to wait for nearly 10 minutes for our order to be taken. We get to the window and guess what? They didn’t even have our order! We had to wait another 15 minutes for that to be fixed. They were also rude about fixing THEIR mistake. Do not eat at this location.

I got a 5 piece chicken tender for my daughter and there’s a nice LONG piece of hair in her food. I called and they replaced it with horrible customer service. Sad that none of the fast food places are CLEAN enough to eat at.
