Food was decent, service wasn’t 100 but 80% is still satisfactory. I asked to sub regular cheese from pepper jack and they still wanted to charge me 50 cents when I wasn’t getting any extra cheese. It doesnt make any sense. But when I asked about it they gave me 50 cents no questions asked. So it was resolved. Food was hot, fried were good, and it made for a good dinner on the run.

I came in after ordering a combo through the app, wasn’t given a drink. I came back to grab the drink I had ordered (as it was a combo) and the most unpleasant woman snapped that I “didn’t order a combo.”
The receipt says I didn’t order a combo, the app says I did. Awful app, awful service. I understand that sometimes working this sort of job is stressful, but she was a supervisor. If this is how the leadership acts, just imagine how new members are trained to act.
I used to love this place. I was a regular, often ordering out at least once a week. It has a convenient location and I loved the staff. This interaction makes me think twice about coming back.

The blond hair and black hair woman working at 11:00am on Saturday 9/27/2025 was very unprofessional. We were polite and said thank you and she turned her back to us and walked away. On top of that she treated us like we were poor like she paid for our food or something. Definitely not coming back here and this was a favorite spot for all of our employees to go eat.

Brought my son here just us 2 it was a good day he absolutely loves his chicken stars his favorite and because their hamburgers are so huge. I let thing bad was the tables wrer not very clean which would have been nice but my table at home isn’t clean that often either

The place looks older from the outside but is very clean and nice on the inside. The service was great and the people fantastic.

Ordered the Guacamole Bacon Angus Burger with extra patty and extra cheese.
Got a bacon cheese burger with no Guacamole. Jalapeño poppers were old and gross. No dipping sauce either.
Waffle fries were hot.
I ordered on the app 5+ minutes ahead and was told in the drive-thru to pull to the #1 mobile order spot.
I sat there another 10 minutes as maybe 1 car every 3 minutes came through and the parking lot was empty.
I called and asked them if I should come in and they said they were very busy and backed up.
I looked and the empty parking lot and 1 vehicle in the drive-thru and wondered what they were backed up with.
The app is frustrating. It doesn’t let you order different sizes of sides. Jalapeño poppers are 6 piece only. Waffle fries are small only and so forth.
The staff here is always so awful. Their attitude is like you just walked into their living room with dog poop on your shoes.
I usually go to the one on 11th but this one was just closer.
I will make the drive from now on.
If you don’t want customers then you should shut this location down and let a business that actually wants customers move in.

I come here quite a bit (almost everyday when I was pregnant) and it’s 100% the best Carl’s Jr I’ve ever been to. The management is amazing and they have never messed up my order. You guys do a fantastic job!
