My husband and I went here last night and ordered 3 spicy chicken sandwiches. Took 20 mins to get and opened wrappers and they were soaking wet and smelled like dish water.

Stopped here because I was craving a burger. The staff was incredibly friendly and the food was … less than I remembered Carl’s Jr food being. Not that there was anything inherently wrong with it, but that the burger I ordered was supposed to be their answer to the Big Mac and it fell decidedly short. I loved the amount of veggies on it, but the bun overwhelmed the meat and cheese considerably.
Does anyone remember the old ad campaign: “Where’s the beef?”
I’m not sure if this is par-for-course or if they were just trying to unload themselves of larger buns that day. As far as I could tell, the beef was hidden in there somewhere like a scavenger hunt. Do they have different bun sizes at CJ’s between their regular burgers and their $6 burgers?
If I had to decide whether or not to return to this store based on my experiences with the staff, I’d return regularly. If I had to base.my decision to return on the food … well, that would be another story.

I always come through the drive through and Juan is always there at the window, whether it’s afternoon, or late at night. He always greets me like he’s happy to see me and provides excellent service. Honestly, I live 2 minutes away from this Carls for 6 years and Juan has been my favorite by far.

I patron this location multiple times a week as the food is as ordered, hot, fresh and delicious always. The manager, Juan, is an asset to this location as he is personable, attentive and strives to provide the best experience possible. I’ve witnessed his handling of the complaints of others, though I haven’t had a reason for one myself, and he handled it with the utmost professionalism to try and ensure whatever the issue was justly rectified. Juan is part of the reason I think this location is exceptional.

I had one of the worst dining experiences of my life at Carl’s Jr. I ordered a chicken sandwich and a burger, and both were absolutely disgusting. The chicken sandwich made me violently ill — full-blown food poisoning that left me bedridden. The burger was greasy, bland, and tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours.
This place clearly has no standards for food safety or quality. I wouldn’t feed this to my worst enemy. I’m shocked they’re still in business. I will never eat here again, and I strongly urge others to stay far away unless you enjoy nausea, stomach cramps, and regret.
UPDATE: I filled out the questionnaire that Carl’s Jr. requested but doubt they will respond back as it was a dumb chatbot. Terrible customer service to go along with their bad food.

The food was amazing. So hot and fresh. Amazing speedy service. Very clean. Great stop for dinner after work. Juan was exceptional and the rest of the staff all deserve five stars 🙂

Juan is my favorite employee here! What a wonderful gracious kind person. I’m here in Colorado off Lincoln avenue in the area of Meridian kind of by the lone tree. We don’t have a lot of Carl’s jrs here. This one is the best! Their breakfast burritos are to crave. Come one come all and say hi to Juan!

I’m confused. One apple pie had to be scraped off of the box because one side was stuck which caused the pie to be in pieces, and the second pie had a big hole in it without any filling…just shell. It’s not very sweet. The crust has a very slight salty taste. Wont be ordering these again.
