I forgot how much I like Carls Jr. They offer equivalents of all the other fast food places and are a lot more affordable. This location was great. The staff were super nice, food came out hot and fresh, and the restaurant was super clean and well maintained. A couple of things I also loved in addition to the fact that many combo meals start at under $10 and are actually a reasonable price. I like the menus are still menus and not digital screens that change while you’re trying to decide. I liked that I didn’t have to use my phone and load up digital deals to make the price affordable or to get my order placed. I liked I could still order from a person and not have to deal with a kiosk that doesn’t work. And finally, they still keep the fountain machines outside the counter area so I don’t have to wait in line to ask for a refill. Everything about this was great!

We hadn’t been to a Carl’s Jr. since before we moved. The last time we ate at one, the food was really good. It tasted very fresh and did not sit out all day. This Carl’s Jr., however, was very disappointing.
Here is what was good. The store was open, it was clean inside, and people made the food.
My bun had definite evidence of being frozen, and not just once. It even tasted like it was frozen a couple of times. The bun was completely smashed in. When I unwrapped it, my first thought was that my order was wrong. The meat inside was not juicy, pointing to it not being cooked fresh but from earlier in the day. The burger was so over-sauced that the lettuce and tomato kept sliding out. My wife’s burger had the same experience with her burger.
When I go to fast food, it doesn’t have to look exactly like the picture, but it should also not look like it was taken from a dumpster out back. For the quality of food I got, even the 2 famous stars for $6 was too expensive.

Just a bad experience with the food. Burgers where on soggy bread. First time it’s happened there and got sick after the first bite. No telling what is was. Possibly the lettuce

Horrible. Visited the drive thru at dinner time, had to pull around to wait in the parking lot for my food. Got home, half of the order was missing and what we did receive was inedible. Called the restaurant, they were rude and offered no solution or refund.

Went the first time about two weeks ago and the bbq grilled chicken was good. Went back today and got the same and it was the most foul taste and smell ever Nothing like the first time at all and the sandwich smelled like a toilet. Went in for a refund and they were acting confused and laughing. After insisting for a few minutes I finally got my refund, but it took forever, so who knows what they were doing with my card. Absolutely horrible customer service and disgusting food
