It’s our first time here. Conveniently placed off the main road, easy access.
The food is good, my son really enjoyed the waffle fries and chicken tenders!
1st time I see a restaurant restroom without a mirror but at least it was clean!!!!!!
Overall a good experience, we will likely stop here again soon!!

This location is terrible for customer service and professionalism. Employees can definitely use plenty of training. Waited 5 minutes at drive though for them to take our order. Then an additional 15 minutes waiting in line with only 1 vehicle ahead of us. Our order was simple, 2 sandwiches and an order of onion rings. My wife exited the vehicle to walk in and ask if our order could be provided while I backed out of the line and drove to the front of the store. The employee at the counter rudly told my wife the order was not ready and they were working on it. Mind you this was after 20 minutes of waiting. Then the employee shouted to the back of the kitchen “This lady here is rushing us”. Nothing fast about this fast food location. My wife decided to leave and we went to another location. The location at McRae and Wedgewood was phenomenal. Sad to see how the same company can have completely different levels of customer service. As somebody who has managed employees for a career in customer service, I would be extremely concerned that this is occurring. For reference the visit was Thursday 01/08/2026 and we left the location roughly at 10:19 MST. Hopefully this review doesnt fall on deaf ears and blind eyes. Thank you!

Two weeks ago, I had placed a mobile order an hour before because I commute to school. When I get there it’s not ready yet and I have to wait an extra 20 minutes for really no reason. And they also forgot my fries and made one of my burgers wrong. Today I walked in and wasn’t greeted, I was standing there for about 5 minutes before anyone said anything to me. Then they forget my fries again. This is the second time this has happened in a row. Last time I was smart to check my bag, but it didn’t come to mind and I only find out now at home. Terrible service. Edit: I also tried your guys’ phone number but that didn’t work. This was the only other way I could contact the store.

The sign said 8am Iam waiting outside with two other party’s, I believe this establishment has failed to live up to Carl’s Juniors corporate expectations and the owners expectations! Poor management leads to this place eventually going out of business, or another franchise moving in down the street. The effects of customer service just doesn’t happen one day it’s the knowing that that place possibly may make you wait or is not ran well so your order could be messed up avoid this place at all cost.

My experience here was exceptional. Genesis managed to attend our needs and exceed our expectations. She’s very professional, enthusiastic, and just a great employee. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone because of our experience. She provided awesome customer service!

Genesis went above and beyond with our order. Her customer service was immaculate. I was confused with the menu but she walked me through my options with patience. Wonderful young lady. The food was great and service was fast. Will be visiting again.

I mostly like this place, but I can’t abide restaurants that block off their restrooms from the public during rush hour, or frankly, any hour of operation at all. Texas has laws such as the Restaurant Bathroom Law. In fact, Texas law goes beyond restaurants to all public businesses. Still, a restaurant doing it is very unacceptable.
