I’ve been to this Carl’s Jr location multiple times, every time I come here the service is great. The employees are friendly and helpful. I ordered the Beyond Famous Star Burger and my husband the Super Star. We ordered meals and onion rings, they even asked us what sauces we wanted for our meal. They brought our meal to our table, it had ketchup, the sauces, and plenty napkins. The burgers were great the service was great too. I definitely recommend this Carl’s Jr. I will continue to come here.

First time at a Carl’s Jr’s. Pretty good experience. The food was typical fast food. Nothing to brag about. The service was great, got my food very fast, like in 5 min. The facility was very clean and staff were friendly and helpful.

Somewhere along the line, there was a miscommunication. Now I’ve ordered this specific special order at numerous other Carl’s Jr places and it comes out correctly. This time, here, it did not. However, when I brought it to their attention they were accommodating, quick and friendly to resolve it to my satisfaction. While I was waiting, which wasn’t long at all, I noticed how efficient and effective this crew seemed to be with everything. I look forward to my next truck run here. Thanks!

Extremely extremely slow service. Took almost 55 minutes for a meal. The employees don’t take lobby orders and make each customer wait at least ten minutes before acknowledging them. Not a hyperbole. Worse place ever

We went through the drive through ordering over 30$. They told us to park at 1 and we had issue’s fitting in the parking spot. After waiting and getting the food no on ein drive through some girl came POUNDING on the windows. While we were moving she begins to shout at us while shes taking a phone call saying we need to order more to park in the parking spot they told us to park in? She went inside laught with the other girl standing at the door while proceeding to do nothing again. I would hope they would put her in the back and not with customers sucks because the food is always good the workers shouldn’t ruin it because they don’t want the job they applied for.

Pulled up at 10:35 at night to get some food and the lady told me it would be a 20 minute wait because they were doing shift change. Since when does it take 20 minutes to do a shift change in the fast food business. And on top of that they close at 11 PM so that made absolutely no sense other than the fact that she did not want to work, what a joke

The menu is what I had issues with. The display menu had no hamburger meals, I had to google Carl’s Jr. and find the menu online. The large fries were delicious, and the double meat hamburger was fresh and tasty. The diet coke was great.
