I’m not sure if we went on an off day, but how this place has 3.8 stars is beyond me. The girl who took our order at the drive through was nice, the kid that brought the food to our car obviously didn’t want to be there. Fine. I get it. Weekend job and all that. Any way, first thing we do when pulling out of the parking lot is reach for the fries. They were cold, stale, and hard. We waited until we got home to examine the rest. My husband got the $5 box with the double cheeseburger and spicy chicken sandwich while I got the Californian. All sandwiches were assembled terribly, and they were lukewarm despite us waiting 15 minutes for our food and only living about a mile away. The cheese tasted like it was bad and neither of us could stomach more than 2 or 3 bites of the food. We trashed it and made a trip to sonic instead. Long story short, we took a chance and we regretted it. We won’t be back.

Not bad, not the greatest. It is what it is. I’ve never had the wait problems others have mentioned, but it does get a little crowded at noon.

I’ve been to this location a few times and I have no complaints. The food is always hot and fresh, the employees are always friendly and professional. I love that the location maintains there restrooms as well. The pricing of the food is average and the taste is basically like a better burger King in my opinion.

I usually come here for lunch because it’s fast and I save money with coupons. It’s a little far for me, but it’s the closest Carl’s Jr in the area. I usually don’t notice much in the way of service, but most of the time I come here, my food is ready before I’ve gotten my drink filled. It’s usually the same guy at the cashier, so that may be part of it. I noticed his name was Wilfredo on the receipt. The restaurant is usually clean. I’ve never used the restrooms, so I can’t comment on those. I’ve never had an issue with communication on orders, but I always dine in, so maybe it’s easier to make sure I’m understood on what I want. I noticed negative reviews and I’ve never personally seen any of the issues talked about in other reviews. Maybe it’s because the other reviewers came at earlier or later times than I did?

I’ve been to Carl’s Jr’s a couple of times and over all I’ve had a good experience, but the last time I went their stove for the patties was not heating up. They said that if I wanted to wait it would take 10 min. I agreed, but I waited for more that 30 min. I just wished they didn’t lie to me (I had also bought wings just before I got here and the food got cold)

This is a place my mother and I have enjoyed eating at for a long time. I decided to go by the restaurant today to eat around noon, and was sorry to see a closed sign on on their door. I hope this is closing is temporary. When I called another store open in Houston, TX, I was informed that several Carl’s Jr’s were closed now, and will be going under new management. I hope this restaurant will open back up soon!

Enjoyed my burger but had to reheat and ice in my soda melted before i could even leave from the Carl’s… The service was poor as well. Guy listened to my order and didn’t get it right.. Never even rang up part of my order.. They gotta step it up at this place
