Answer your phone or fix your online ordering. For almost a year I have tried to call or view your menu online. The online dosnt work for Enid and no one EVER answer.. not true, a fax machine answers. Your business is on the edge of town and its not worth going to if I can’t order ahead or call and ask if you have current products on your menu. It’s always a mild inconvenience but now I’m in the hospital with my new born and I wanted treat my wife to a meal she wasn’t able to eat during pregnancy. I had to call Loves and have someone go ask for me. A LOVES ENPLOYEE!! I know you could care less but the lack of customer service insures we will never go to a Carl’s Jr again.

Amanda was super friendly and helpful not only to me, I observed her treating other customers the same as well! Long story short truck drivers don’t always have the best days when they’re stuck without pay, at no fault of their own! With patience, Amanda answered all my questions about the area and seemed sincere and happy to help! Thank you so much for the excellent customer service, you made a difference today!! This half of the store is just as clean as the Loves they share a building with!! *** **Also on a side note, Google maps it said this place was like White Castles & Ron’s Hamburgers. Never been to Ron’s, but NOTHING LIKE WHITE CASTLE! They do have good burgers about 5x the size of a Castle!!

Everything was cold. How is it 11am and my french fries are cold and heavy with grease? My Western Bacon Cheeseburger … cold. (The buns, the meat, the onion rings, bacon the cheese, EVERYTHING) And just to top off the cold $8 Western Bacon Cheeseburger, they watered down the BBQ sauce, so instead of a nice BBQ sauce, to offset the cold, instead … it soaked into the bun, making it a cold SOGGY burger.

Girl at drive thru window was super sweet, and she recommended the new Gold Digger Chicken sandwich. Best advice in a minute. Best Chicken sandwich ever. Fresh, hot, juicy, vegetables perfect, Chicken breast was crispy and delicious. I have tried everyone else’s chicken sandwich and this one rocks.

Fast pleasant service. Was shocked when they called my order for pick. I only got my drinks. Didn’t have a chance to sit and wait. I did have to send back a burger. But even that was fast. I think I was only here for ten minutes. Fastest it’s ever been. Thanks to the manager lady on this shift. They have a very efficient crew tonight. Thank you to all.
