We’ve lived here for two years and this was the first time we’ve eaten here. We loved the food the chips was perfect and hot salsa was delicious and all our food was delivered hot and was delicious at a reasonable price and the service was on point. We will definitely be coming back.

Always very good food, well prepared and presented. The service is prompt and friendly. There are so many tasty choices it’s hard to pick the best ones. Some favorites for my family are seafood chimichanga, chicken enchiladas, seafood salad, and beef tacos. Get a margarita made with Don Patron for an excellent drink.

The food is always excellent and not over priced they can be slow just because of how busy they are but it’s a nice ambiance and they have a variety of sitting options so whether you want out side in the open air on a covered deck with natural light or inside with the romantic dim lighting hey maybe you just want to chill at the bar as you eat; your covered.

My wife is vegan, and we didn’t expect to find an entire section of the menu devoted to plant-based dishes inspired by the Blue Zone Project. We ordered the vegetable fajitas and vegetable enchiladas with mole sauce, and both were delicious. Service was friendly and attentive. I know we’ll be returning to Carlos Restaurante and recommend it highly.

We were pleasantly surprised to find such a gem in Cave Junction like Carlos Restaurante. The ambiance, food and service were excellent. As Mexicans we are critical of Mexican restaurants and their authencity, but Carlos did not disappoint. Our whole family enjoyed themselves. Thank you!

This place was so so busy when I went. I still got great customer service but was unable to sit on the patio like I hoped. Next time! I took pictures of the menu because I had time while waiting on my guest to arrive but once she was there I put my phone away. I had the special of fish tacos and it was pretty good! My friend had enchiladas and said they were great!
