Exceptional service! A very sweet young man took my dinner order for my husband and me. Then a lovely young lady brought our dinners out to the table and she was just as kind and pleasant. The portions are huge , we could barely finish everything! It’s so nice to still find places with such friendly service. We will definitely be coming back.

Great pizzeria with tons of choices and a friendly staff. Yes, there are lots of teens working here but they were all helpful and polite. The food was fresh and the Sicilian slices were delicious. The cannoli filling was a little sweet for me but my family loved them. The vodka chicken sliders were also great. Red dipping sauce had a little zing to it. Fair prices and prompt service even though it was a very busy night. Will definitely come here again.

Order in person to watch and make sure your pizza is fresh. I live 5 min away. I was told 15-20 min. Got there then was told 10 more min. I asked for garlic, cheese, and red pepper considering it’s a LARGE PIE! Clearly not for 1 person. I was given 1 empty fill up container and no top. Then I had to wait and ask for the other one. Napkins?? Oh it’s right there. Considering the $30+ dollars you are spending in these times!! You have to do better in serving your customers, especially in the area you’re in. I cannot understand how I get home and the pizza is cold in just 5 min and I have to put in the oven for another 10 min to reheat. And deal with a HANGRY hubby! You know that “WHAT TOOK YOU SO LONG TONE! We are 5 min away! Guess I will have to go to another pizzeria/restaurant.

We have ordered takeout from here before and have been pleased with the quality of the food. We went there tonight to have a meal as a family. There was no table service, We had to place our order at the counter and they would call our name when it was done. That was not a problem. The problem was every single item that we ordered from bread, appetizers, main meal and pizza came out individually and we needed to get up 30 times. They could not even time it out so the food came out as one family meal. The people behind the counter couldn’t even give us plates and silverware. When I asked for plates and silverware, I got individual pizza trays and forks only. I had to go back the second time for spoons and knives. I purchased a beer and asked for a cup with ice to put it in. The young boy behind the counter gave me a cup with ice. I poured it in and left the beer bottle there for him to throw out since I was at the counter, just like a bar counter. He left it there and when I came up for my 30th time to get the food, he told me that I needed to throw it into the garbage can- yet they were all on their cellphones. Honestly, the food is delicious, but considering the fact that there were 20 workers there and that was the kind of table service or in-house service we received I’m not sure I’m going back. I spent $90 and had to literally get out of my table 30 times and that’s no exaggeration. I am not against employing kids as I have kids myself however, when I asked for silverware, I expect more than a small pizza tray and a fork. That means a napkin, fork, knife, spoon, a real plate. Even when the pizza came out, they handed it to us without even a fold out pizza tray to put it on. We have to ask for that too. At 90 dollar I expect a little bit more common sense and service. Family time went out the window – no quality conversations. I would not go here if you expect to sit down and have quality time with your family because that was not happening because The customer service was horrible!!!!

I haven’t been there in a long time and went in for a salad slice. Boy things have changed. I did not get a fresh slice. The mozzarella cheese was old and hard. I was so disappointed especially since I was looking forward to it. I also ordered a slice and that looked like it was sitting for hours. Definitely will not be going back there again. So disappointing this used to be a great pizzeria. Not anymore.

If you want authentic New York City Pizza this is the place to go, not your usual soggy Long Island slice. Carlos pizza gets it right. I’ve been a customer for many years and have never been disappointed.

Counter person helping me was extremely helpful! Slices were not heated up and barely warm. The chicken parm and white slices were good. The chicken parm had good taste and crust was good but the whote had major flop. Again, both were barely Luke warm and I didn’t ask for it like that. Will try again.
