My daughter and I were in the area and decided to try this place since we always pass by. We went into the bakery and weren’t greeted; there was no straightforward process or menu prices visible. Not only was their service poor, but the slice of cake was mediocre and not worth five dollars. The sandwich my daughter ordered was greasy. Overall, we’re sure we won’t be coming back.

Ordered from the Too Good To Go App. Service was ok but the lady needs to smile she seemed irritated we were there. The box had a good variety with some really tasty items. The cookies and lemon squares however are way too sweet. We purchased two coffees that were good.

This by far is the best bakery I have EVER went to. Let me give you a quick back story. The cake featured in the photo was for a bridal shower. This was the second cake the Carlitos bakery made for the shower because I DROPPED THE FIRST ONE!
I picked the first cake and within 15 minutes a dropped it getting out the car. I called Carlitos immediately! Not only did the owner graciously made another, but most importantly, the cake was for an event the very next day! The miracle and patience this woman had was commendable.
Needless the day the service is 10/10!
The food: JESUS! I’ve used Carlitos before the bridal shower. She made a cake for my sisters birthday and some pastries for a friend’s event. The mini cheese cake sups are delectable! Mouth watering and the perfect portion. The quesitos are rich and fluffy.
The atmosphere: Inviting. It feels like friendship. Like a home. Almost like Sunday mornings at your aunts house or grandmas. The place is clean and warm. The display cases are full and very tempting!
Pricing: BEYOND fair. When I dropped the cake she charged me less than the first one.

A lot of good desserts… sometimes they have gluten free. Had Tresa leches cake there it was amazing. Cheesecake is always good too. Had the pork I was here also, it’s all good. Every time I drive by I wanna stop. Can’t go wrong with any of the desserts. …!!!!!

Update: **We ordered a vegan cookies and cream birthday cake from Carlito’s on 7/30 and it was one of THE BEST cakes I’ve ever had, vegan or otherwise, hands down! I should’ve ordered a bigger cake or an extra one just for me to eat solo with a spoon. **
I ordered a cake from Carlito’s back in December, and it was awesome! It was flavorful and soft, the right cake-to-icing ratio, and the French macarons were a nice touch!
Rebecca was my primary contact at Carlito’s. She made sure all of the details were just right and even helped me get the cake delivered to a restaurant for a surprise dinner.
I’m definitely ordering from them again soon!

We walked in waited a few minutes for anyone to greet us. After we announce ourselves saying “hello, excuse me”. We can clearly hear someone in the back making small noises here and there. After standing around for 5 minutes with no answer we walked out. We would have loved to make a purchase and order a sandwich but no one acknowledge our existence.
