We had the calamari, fantastic! We had the pick 2 entree Lasagna and chicken parm, it was also really good! Salads were good too, antipasto and house salad, dressings were delicious! The salads came with the food! We also had the lobster fettuccine that had great creamy cream sauce.
Highly recommended!
Overall a great experience!
To start, we had a glass prosecco each and the bruschetta. The bruschetta is amazing and I recommend it — great topping and delicious bread (made in house: I asked). Dinner was the tortellini and sausage special for me, and lobster ravioli for my wife. She had a salad (soup or salad comes with the meal), I did not, since I get full pretty easily. My wife’s salad was full-sized, so I’m glad I skipped it. The entrees were also generously portioned. We shared a bottle of wine with dinner (Caymus Suisun’s Walking Fool red blend), reasonably priced and quite good with the food. Dessert was tiramisu for my wife, and an affogato (not on the menu) for me. We were pleasantly stuffed at the end of our meal.
Our server was Melissa W., who did an excellent job taking care of us. The restaurant is cozy and not too noisy. It seemed pretty busy for a Tuesday night, which is a good sign.
The prices seemed *very* reasonable for the quality and quantity of food we received. We would definitely come back here for dinner. Highly recommended.
(alas, no photos — we were too busy enjoying the food)
I couldn’t recommend this place more.
I asked for lemons and was met with an unnecessary lecture about how much they pay for lemons instead of being treated like a paying customer. When I asked about tap-to-pay, I was told they “don’t like touching phones,” followed by comments about a previous visit and my debit card — all said with attitude. None of this was handled professionally or respectfully.
After all that, when I finally ordered dessert, the server made a sarcastic remark when I gave an honest opinion. At that point, it was clear the issue wasn’t just one employee — it was the culture.
As a Black man, the tone, rushing, and dismissiveness made the experience feel uncomfortable and discriminatory. I’ve eaten at plenty of restaurants and know when I’m being treated differently.
The food doesn’t make up for it either. The pizza was mediocre at best.
I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place if you expect respectful service.
UMMMMMMMMM, ITS IS IN FACT A BIG DEAL!
Eating undercooked salmon can cause food poisoning, resulting in symptoms like nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal cramps, and fever. These illnesses stem from parasites (like Anisakis) or bacteria (such as Salmonella, Vibrio, and Listeria) that are only killed when the fish is cooked to an internal temperature of
145°!!!!!!
Never again!
