They are serving pretty decent food. Was really surprised to see a restaurant this full given that it was in the middle of a small town on the way to Jasper. The restaurant interior have a rustic feel to it. The servers were polite, food is pretty pricey though.

Arrived at the restaurant about 30 minutes after opening, the place was packed and we had to wait 10 minutes, Well worth the wait, all the meals were amazing, Soups, Salads and main dishes were all good. They have a small selection of local beers as well. We had a waitress from Ukraine and she was a darling, so helpful and she grave perfect service.

The food here is pretty good! Complementary cheese bread and butter. I really enjoyed my pasta with meat sauce, bacon, and cheese. The tofu “steak” is literally just grilled tofu. The service is excellent!

The staff were really kind and helpful and food came out quickly. Maybe too quickly? Since my Caesar salad arrived without dressing. I order the salmon caesar. It is nice to see they are using wild caught salmon. Unfortunately, it was a small piece of dry fish with a side salad. The fish was lacking flavour. Once I asked for some dressing it really was a lovely Ceasar dressing. The portions are very small. I didn’t get a lemon wedge although my friend did with her salad. So the kitchen seems inconsistent. The carbonara is not carbonara, but seems instead to be cream sauce from a jar. The seafood pasta had large chunks of celery which was strange. The ingredients and cuts of meat are subpar for the price. Got a $4 buddy burger from A&W afterwards and was more impressed, so maybe head there instead.

I had an unreal time checking out the Caribou Grill. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was fast and friendly. I definitely would recommend checking out the grill. My server, Andrew was awesome and so helpful. I can’t wait to visit Valemount again and dine here.

We decided to go to the Caribou Grill because they seemed to have the most child friendly options out of all the restaurants we searched up. The restaurant was quite busy upon our arrival but we were quickly seated. Our server was very prompt and provided some great suggestions. After ordering our meals, our drinks were dropped off along with some delicious cheese focaccia bread. Our meals arrived in a reasonable amount of time and our daughters enjoyed their chicken strips which weren’t your normal frozen type. These chicken strips were nice and juicy and tasted like fresh, in-house made chicken strips.y wife and I ordered steaks which were fairly decent, but a little overcooked from what we requested. The peppercorn sauce that my wife ordered was forgotten, but quickly brought once we mentioned it. The stuffed potato was very tasty, as were the well seasoned mushrooms. We’ll definitely return again the next time we’re in Valemount.

Finally had the chance to visit this fine establishment. Absolutely stunning dining room and kept at nice temperature even on a very hot day. The menu hosts a great array of options, something for everyone including vegan and vegetarian friendly.
For our mains we tried the seafood and smoked salmon pasta, and the prime rib. Absolutely delicious. Prime rib was perfectly cooked and came with great portions for sides including a slightly spicy, lightly cooked pepper that was so good.
The seafood pasta had shrimp and scallops with the salmon, enough added to it so you had some in almost each bite, the ratio to pasta was absolutely perfect as was the flavor of sauce. We loved everything about our meal and our visit, including our sever Jenny who is a great delight and made the whole experience that much more enjoyable. Will be back!!!
Edit: Had another amazing dinner before heading out of town. Included pictures of the Hunter Pork and the Brownie Explosion… so good!!
