Terrible customer service completely rude after messing up my order. Probably the single worst experience I’ve had getting coffee. Would highly suggest going anywhere else for coffee than here because clearly the employees don’t have manners.

When I pull up to the drive thru and ask for my regular sausage egg and cheese biscuit, I proceeded to get told they never make it on a biscuit and it’s only bagel and how they’re menus haven’t changed and it like, lady… I literally have the receipts showing you indeed serve this item and there’s a literal photo of the item on your menu. Who are yall hiring, been there 4 times because I found they were good. Now I probably won’t go back because if I have to rely on who is working to get what I want to purchase even if it’s on the menu. I definitely can’t trust getting anything else.

The crew at Caribou coffee is amazing! Stacey is kind, friendly, and quick to help. Everyone greets you when you enter. Stacey has really done a great job at this location. I also love the bagels!

Food is pre made frozen and microwaved, not customizable, coffee is good but ridiculously expensive, $9+ for a coffee with an extra shot, it’s like $6+ everywhere else in town.

There was a major water main break in Minot and I thought that it would be a nice gesture to get the City crews, working outside in -30 degree weather, some hot chocolate drinks. Pulled up to the drive thru, asked for 8 hot chocolates, and the gal stated “that is too big of an order and you are going to block my drive thru for too long. You will need to come inside to order those drinks.” To also note, there was one car at the window already, me at the speaker and no one else in line behind me. Is it really that hard to make 8 hot chocolates and hand them through the window? They employees seem more worried about how long the line may get over good customer service. Wow, talk about the worst experience ever. This was not the first time having a very bad experience at this coffee shop, so please, consider going elsewhere for your coffee!

We love our North Hill Minot Caribou. Always fresh, always fast and super friendly. We drive across town just to go to this Caribou because of how well they treat our dogs and know us by first name. Love them.

Tried it a few times and love it. Don’t usually go to coffee shops a lot but I made an account with Caribou because it’s just so good and such a good treat to myself. Friendly staff and quick service even with a line. Just became a “regular” monthly customer.

Awesome Caribou Coffee location and with the ability to “dine-in” also! The restaurant and bathrooms were very clean and the staff were super friendly too. It wasn’t too busy on a Saturday when I visited and the service was quick and the two drinks were fantastic. I’ll gladly come again to this location!
