The person whom took my order and cashed me out was very rude. I am not from here but come here once every 10 days and while I am here I always get caribou. This is experience was tha absolute worse. This was the 2nd encounter with this young man. Not sure if he hates his job but if so. He need not be so rude to the customers.

I love my ‘bou, and I love being treated kindly and with real customer service. Ever since they opened their Teal’s location in Cold Spring, I’ve enjoyed the delicious beverages (decaf vanilla latte today), foods and great banter from the ‘bou crew. There’s great space inside to meet up with friends over a coffee, and their drive through is super helpful on those busy days…and they treat people ordering at either location equally important. :). Just want to commend them on our drinks today. My cappucino was made perfect and my husbands mocha was perfect too and they remembered to add the whip and chips on top!! Its the small things in life i guess! But honestly, many times our drinks are wrong at other Caribous, and the drinks arent cheap, so it was refreshing to have everything perfect. Thank you
