I had a rough morning and the woman who helped me this morning completely turned it around. I sadly did not get her name but she was absolutely wonderful (she was the 4th of five siblings if that helps her manager give her some recognition!!)

Ordered chia hot large skim milk. Not satisfied!! No flavor like the past and cup 1/2 filled with tons of foam . Recently twice now drink has lots of foam and not filled. I have been ordering same drink for 4 years. I believe the change comes from switching to bad training or staff does not care .

Enjoy the coffee and bagels but frequently out of bagels by 10am. Today staff talked incessently ( delaying taking our order) and loudly ( so much so we couldn’t enjoy a peaceful time).

Whoever is making drinks right now and putting caramel on EVERYTHING needs to stop. I’m not a fan of caramel as it overpowers everything but it really does not belong on a Berry White Mocha. Otherwise this place is great. Food is always good and the drinks are usually great. Not sure what the obsession with caramel is the last 5 times I’ve been there though.

We went through the drive thru, got the wrong things. We get it, things happen. We went inside to just say we got the wrong drinks. We ended up getting the people’s drinks that were behind us. There was one specific girl in there making the drinks at around noon, who gave us our “right” drinks but as she sat my campfire cooler down, she says, “here you go, wrong toppings but it’s the right drink” …I looked at her because she had white and milk chocolate on there. I just wanted white. She knew she made it wrong, AGAIN. Then she proceeds to say, “trust me, or don’t ” …we’ve had never a problem at this Caribou before until this specific employee. Will be contacting the manager.

Awesome customer service! Better coffee and more options than Starbucks. Ordered online on the app to pick up at 8:30am, got there 10 mins early and they had it ready in seconds! Sensational scones and other delicious bakery items. 10/10 would recommend to grab coffee here!

I won’t recommend this place, it’s gone down to shits… it used to be amazing but now they have a bunch of workers that can’t make coffee or can’t get the order right!. If your employees can’t handle big orders you guys should just shut down. And I also don’t appreciate getting screamed at as well, it’s unprofessional and he should be fired or talked to about his attitude. Long story short don’t come here go to the small cabin instead! They are great and give you everything you need.
