My weekly stop at the Caribou Cabin in Willmar will no longer happen. No more $12.38 per week for an Oatmilk carfted press and a egg/cheese/bacon bagel. I repeatedly asked for light ice numerous times (which never happened). Today, when I said “no” ice (since it had been messed up so many times), I received a cup half full. Seriously? I am going back to local coffee spots. Better prices. Better service. No corporate greed.

I jumped into the drive through line, even though the line was pretty long. Surprisingly, the wait was less than 2 minutes. Staff was ready with my drink when I got to the window. They were friendly and polite and my coffee was hot and fresh. I didn’t get any food, just coffee.

Maybe we just caught our ‘Bou on a rough day? I absolutely understand that people have rough days & things can get crazy when busy and we had maybe three people in front of us. We bought two medium “Special drinks” one with an extra shot of espresso and both drinks had more froth than coffee.This is the first time I’ve ever wanted to bring a drink back because it wasn’t satisfactory but didn’t because I didn’t want to be “That person”.

I’ve only gone through the drive thru at this location. The staff is always friendly and helpful. My orders have always been quick and correct. I appreciate that Caribou has lids that don’t need straws!

Standard coffee experience in the drive thru! About an 11 minute wait from the time I pulled up to when I got my iced coffee. Staff seemed a bit frazzled but a sign said they have new equipment and to bear with them.

Pretty sad a “Walk Up” cabin won’t help walk ups. Daughter stood there for 10 minutes while drive thru got helped only. Told her just a minute and never took her order. Car after car in the drive thru got service. On a time crunch she walked away empty handed. Glitch in the online order and they wouldn’t honor the discount. Rude workers. Skip the pumpkin spice drinks. They taste like dirt, not sure why.

Usually have such a great experience with this location but was irritated this morning that the drive through attendant was serving me (and my car full of kids) without a mask on. Certainly doesn’t make customers feel comfortable during a pandemic. Hope they can remedy this situation before they loose customers.
