Got an XL caramel high rise and it is just flavored milk. Very disappointing! I love caribou but I don’t feel like paying $8.01 for flavored milk is ridiculous!! Guess I will just have to go to Jordan or mankato for caribou. Never been disappointed by those store. The staff at the New Prague caribou cannot handle a lot of orders or people at once… way to light for a iced caramel high rise ☹Very disappointed!!

It’s very busy in the morning but the line moves very quickly in the Drive-Thru if you want to get served faster walk. In the afternoon you usually don’t have a wait . Not only do they sell freshly brewed coffee they also sell ground coffee’s that you can buy and take with you. If you like a great flavored coffee try their Mahogany it is perfect at the store and if you take it home it brews up just as good great. The employees are always very professional and helpful.. and yes they do accept tips and they will deserve them…thank you

First of all anyone reading reviews should note that pretty much all negative reviews were from like over a year plus ago ! They have a completely different staff now . All the ladies working there now are super awesome!! Despite the fact they super busy I have always been greeted with a smile in the drive through and also going inside drinks. Drink are done promptly, despite the fact that many time there is only two people working and a line both inside and outside!!

If you have a ton of time on your hands to get a mediocre drink, this is your place! Guaranteed 10 minute wait for your drink, always! I write this as I waited 14 minutes with one car ahead of me in the drive thru and 3 staff members working. Management, get a better system in place. Absolutely ridiculous.

When an establishment has a closing time of 8pm, and you pull up to the drive thru window at 7:54 and order a hot chocolate, and get told ‘unfortunately the espresso machine has already been shut down for the night’, I thought you were open until 8pm?????? This has happened several times at this location. I’ve confirmed with other Caribou locations and asked them if you order a hot drink at 7:55 would they serve it to you, and I was told “absolutely, all of our machines are supposed to stay on until 8pm.” When people get there and order BEFORE your closing time, they should be served with what they ask for!

The caribou in New Prague has rarely made my coffee correctly. I am a former barista, I love caribou and I don’t usually order complicated things but have to simplify my order at this location in hopes of getting it right… and even then, it rarely is what I asked for. Aside from Adam (great employee!!!), I’ve had horrible experiences that have ruined my day. Incredibly rude interactions with staff and I feel as though I am an inconvenience for coming in to get a fun cup of coffee. Recommend training in customer service and coffee, and I truly hope they start enjoying their job.
