Love this Caribou Coffee place. So much, the people working there remember me and my partner. The coffee is always perfect. And they have good baked stuffs for a snack. And they’re fast, i don’t think I’ve ever waited more than 5 minutes even with people in front of me. Otherwise if I’m first in line, it’s only a minute.

Did an online order for two large ice crafted presses, one with cold foam. Drinks were full of ice and 3/4 full at best, at a cost of $15 for both. Im sure they don’t care because it’s just people passing through, but do better. Cant attest to service or atmosphere.

If you want an 8 dollar cup of ice this is your spot. Had about 3 sips of coffee before I got to nothing but ice. If you love coffee I’d look for a 7brew or dunkin there coffee is like 3 times bigger, half the price and it actually has coffee in it.

Asked for a large drink with no ice and this is what I received. Idk how they can justify ripping people off. I used nearly 200 points that took me forever to rack up to redeem on a drink just to get half of what I ordered. Pick a different location, because this one ain’t it.

Love, love, love Caribou coffee. Hands down the best for a hot latte. We were recently back in Minnesota and this was on our list to hit. We live in Texas and they don’t have any Caribou Coffee locations there. So hint, hint Caribou WE NEED YOU IN TEXAS!!

Stopped here to get 2 of our favorite frozen berries and cream drinks. Annika is the most adorable counter gal ever and she was so polite and friendly. When I got our drinks they were white; not the pretty pink they usually are. So I said oh they’re usually pink. To which Ava or Eva replied, “well that’s how I made it!” I took a sip of one and I said I’m sorry but something is wrong; this is all watery! Ava/Eva ignored me and made the next order. Then she came over, grabbed the incorrect drinks and said she’d make new ones. When my new drinks were done, she slid them so hard across the counter that they should have tipped over or fallen off the counter! Very unprofessional, not to mention extremely rude and uncalled for!
