Coffee tasted very weak. I got a caramel high rise. The one i got today was so watered down it was undrinkable.

Drive thru experience was terrible. Either the microphone didn’t work or there was too much background noise, or something. Had to repeat the order three times, the last time shouting for it to be heard. Pulled up to the window and the order was still wrong. Lots of background noise so I raised my voice to be heard again and then the woman taking my order scolded me, told me that I was very rude.
I was shocked because I wasn’t even mad. She must have been having a bad day. I’ve never been scolded by any employees in my life. Made for a memorable experience but had to give a review.
For me, really hard to use the drive thru and was treated rudely.

I’ve been waiting since January for the drive up window to open, and when it did this week, it did not disappoint. My sandwich (sausage/egg/biscuit) was very good, and of course the coffee was extra good. I tried a 1/2 vanilla and 1/2 chocolate hot.

We had a very terrible experience at this caribou. Every drink we ordered was made incorrectly. Our iced drinks were given to us hot and our hot drinks were cold when handed to us. It took 25 minutes to get 4 coffees and we had to ask them to remake them, which they did incorrectly again. Waste of time.

We have been here a few times since they opened and had good experiences each time. Drinks were made well and tasted fresh. Very very happy there is a good coffee place so we do not have to drive to Rochester for it!
