After exploring the Lakefront and various shops, I was so excited to get a coffee.
There wasn’t a long wait, the staff was friendly and fast, and the building was beautiful. I forgot a pup cup for my dog and they were so kind to make one for me when I came back in. There was a lot of seating outside for us to enjoy the weather.
One thing I always enjoy while visiting different Caribous, is the unique touches to each one. This one has gorgeous brickwork visible inside and outside. I love the lamps over the tables in the back. There was also some unique pipework.

It’s MEA weekend so I get being busy. But when I wait in line for a simple latte PLUS tip, a large drink should NOT be barely half full. This is all that I order so I know this isn’t right. There’s foam, yes but the liquid shouldn’t be barely half full. With the foam, it wasn’t even a full cup….frustrating!

I got a chai latte and it was super sugary. I usually get one with no sugar added, but unfortunately they make it from a mix that includes sugar. I couldn’t finish it. Good service, though.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!! Kids would rather laugh with coworkers than make drinks. Ordered online and watched person after person order and get their drinks and leave. When I asked they finally made the drink saying “online orders all wait for the people in store”. Since when??? This was in between talking to off duty coworker about her nails and enjoying the time. Been here 100s of times and ill never go back. And I work in Canal.

Wow this place gets busy. The line was out the door when we visited. My partner and I ordered the same caramel latte drink except mine was blended and his was hot. Mine tasted the best .

We always stop here for coffee when we are in town. Always get the campfire mocha. So delicious! So convenient to shopping and hotels. Right by the lake

figure out how to refund me on accidental overcharge since there was a long line building behind me while they were trying to figure it out I I gave up. That being said I’ve always loved Caribou.
