Pumpkin Cheese buffin waa amazing .. service super friendly .. restroom could use service and lobby/sitting area need a good cleaning . I would have given it a 4 1/2 ⭐ because of lobby condition but maybe they have been busy so I wanted to give them 5 ⭐ over all.

Staff at Silver Lake Village were super friendly and conversational. I was even able to get my favorite drink, which is season-specific, because they still had the syrup in stock!

There is a young lady who works there who is obnoxiously loud. She is practically screaming when talking to her colleagues to the point where I couldn’t even hear my friend from across the table. I’ve observed this same behavior at other Caribous, too. These people either need training, or need to be fired. They rob any sense of ambience, or the ability to have a reasonable conversation at a coffee shop. Stop, and listen to this feedback. People visit coffee shops to have a conversation. Not to listen to your loud, obnoxious employees who have no sense of civility, or know how to behave in public. Address this now, before you lose customers!

It’s dishonest to not allow customers to use the bathroom unless they make a purchase. I’m a regular customer and always buy coffee there. I find it disrespectful to be asked to buy something before using the restroom. I can show you the transaction for my coffee, but I won’t be returning. This policy is very bad for someone in a critical condition who needs an emergency bathroom break.

This gotta be the slowest caribou. I’ve worked at caribou and one of the busiest locations. Never been to one that’s this slow and it was not even that busy.

While being a smaller location, this Caribou really has some of the best staff I’ve encountered. They’re so friendly and obviously have a lot of regulars that come in. The staff really seems to care about the people they get to know, and treat non-regulars with kindness and respect.
While the food and atmosphere are typical for a chain coffee shop, the staff really do go above and beyond and make it much more with it to go in.

The staff here are absolutely amazing and so caring! They’re always super helpful and kind. Whenever my dad and I come in, they remember us and make us feel so welcome. They’re so attentive – they even remember his order when I’m not there! I seriously love this Caribou.
