I was not impressed. They were polite, but I asked for a large tea with two tea bags and to leave room for ice. I was told two tea bags are standard with a large. I received 1 tea bag filled to the brim. I did not bother to take it back. I dumped the excess in the garbage and cooled it with cream. One restroom had no toilet paper, and the other one had partial rolls sitting above the rollers but not installed. I installed them on the rollers myself. The tea was fine, but the service was fair.

Amazing before 2 p.m. However don’t order food after 2 p.m. Every single occasion I’ve ordered food past 2 p.m. they never actually make it and I have to immediately leave due to being on a tight schedule. Never swinging by here in the afternoon again

Coffee and food was great. The worker seemed like he didn’t want to be there. Maybe he’s tired? I went to use the bathroom and both of them were disgusting. When I came back out two of the workers were sitting at one of the customers table talking. They seem very nice, but at least clean the bathroom a little if it’s so slow.

I forget about this little Caribou tucked away off of Minnetonka boulevard. Really super nice staff, a comfy cozy place to enjoy a conversation with a friend. Unfortunately there are fewer and fewer of these places in the area now. I plan to try to patronize this one more often because I don’t want it to go away!

They were busy. I got the right order with the turtle mocha and it was good, exactly what I was craving. My brother ordered an iced drink with a boost but got a smoothie without a boost that they did add the boost too, but it was still a smoothie and not a liquid with ice in it as ordered. Understandable mistake, sure, but still a bit disappointing.
