I’m a regular here and they always make my drink perfect, but today was disappointing for a Mother’s Day coffee treat. So much ice that a few sips and my coffee was gone, it was mostly milk and couldn’t taste the espresso shot. So I paid almost $7 for cup of ice and milk.

This Caribou has lots of parking, since it’s in a strip mall. Convenient location, next to T-Mobile. Comfy seating. Counters, garbages and displays were clean. Food in the cases looked fresh and very tempting! Kaitlyn was friendly and really helpful with suggestions for non coffee drinks! My issue is I don’t remember what it was called, or how to order it next time, so I hope she’s working when I visit again! Haha

I just bought this medium vanilla iced craft press, and the portion size was the size of a small. The beverage was atleast 3 inches lower than what a normal medium should be. I tried to call the store 5 times and no one answered.

I love Caribou Coffee I get a coffee every day. The one problem with this location is they are so inconsistent with the way they make their drink. I get the same drink every day and one day it’s dark brown and the next day it’s white! I don’t know how I can order the same drink every day, and it can be completely inconsistent every time?? I just need to stop going to Caribou. I need to figure out how to make my own coffee. It sucks because I really do love caribou … when they make a good consistent drink. The drink today was completely white. I specifically asked for extra espresso, less milk. Ughhhhh. I just wanted a dark coffee.

I placed a mobile order for an energy drink and requested an additional half shot of cane syrup. It was obvious that there was no cane syrup in it! It just tasted like tonic water with a little flavoring, quite gross! I tried calling to see if I could get a refund but the phone rang about 30 times and I finally gave up.
