Had an excellent breakfast this morning (8:10 a.m.) at Caribou. My associate was so friendly and helpful! I haven’t seen her before. I used all my point, but it was worth it! I miss those cranberry muffins!!

The staff is friendly, but very rarely are they willing to help whenever I walk in, and very rarely get the order right whenever I order through the drive thru. The consistency of this makes me think they do it on purpose. My advice, get the app and order through that, it will save a lot of frustration.

We buy bagels here for lunches almost once a month. Coffee is good and service is fast. Parking is a bit of a mess sometimes with the drive thru full but not too bad most of the time. Will frequent here for many years to come!

Don’t get me wrong the coffee is really good and the set up of the “store” is well done and its a comfy place to read. However, I prefer to go to the other one at the coffee and bagels down the street. That Caribou has more food selections it seems like, nicer staff, and it doesn’t close as early. Google says the store inside the cashwise closes at 9 but they have different hours posted currently in the store saying it closes at 6:30. I posted a photo of the actual hours in the photos tab incase any are wondering.
