Bad experience at this caribou 3 weeks ago. It revolved around bad customer service. I left a review about my experience and I received a response telling me to reach out by email to their customer relations department. I reached out and never received a reply. I know they received it because I got a auto generated email reply with a ticket number (300487) and then nothing after that. Ill add a screenshot of their response showing it from 3 weeks ago. So not only was my experience at this specific location not good but the customer relations response seems so disingenuous, and it makes me wonder if it is simply an automated response when a 1 star review appears. No impressed.
Generalized idea of what the original review was is some caribous put a chocolate bean on my drink and some don’t. I typically don’t mind either way but that day I kinda wanted one and didnt get one. I asked and the lady was rude when telling me that it doesnt go on the drink that I ordered. Listen, this may be true, but it is a bean. If caribou is going to go bankrupt over a single bean there is clearly a bigger issue. It was the bad customer service and bad attitude behind the explanation it isnt about the bean. I also mentioned that the modern look is unappealing, furniture is decently comfy to sit on, the more cabin/woodsy themed locations are much more cozy and warm feeling.

I purchased a medium strawberry banana smoothie and it was mostly ice. I understand that ice is used to make it, however blending it more would allow me to actually drink the smoothie instead of ice chucks preventing me from drinking it.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!! These guys rock at this location. Doesn’t matter who you get the employees are all so kind, and pleasant. The store manager Tricia is amazing! You can tell she cares about her employees and that she knows what she is doing. A really leader! I drive 20 mins out of my way just to go to this caribou because they make me feel like I am royalty, part of the family!! Thank you caribou family

Ordered 2 items and as I approached the cashier from the drive thru I realized I didn’t have my wallet and my new phone didn’t have Apple Pay. Yes silly mistake on my part but the young lady working the door rolled her eyes and was very rude when I asked if they could hold it so I can run home and get my wallet.
I showed back up for my meal which they did keep and not throw away which I appreciated but when I paid for the meal the same lady didn’t say a word to me and slammed the sliding door after I paid and left a tip.
I have been in the service industry for 12 years and when guests have issues with payment especially being we are in 2025 keep your rude behavior and comments to yourself and learn to be a better person.

This location is consistently the best in every way possible. Management and the team here is friendly, very quick, and produce quality products to order consistently. The store is always clean and welcoming to walk into. They truly spark a chain reaction of good here! The designs and smiley faces on my cup make me smile! Thank you so much team 1409! Y’all rock!

Sometimes they makes your drink right, I order the same drink ever time I come here and it’s not the same as the last. Just make it according to the recipe? Like you were trained to do? Also workers are very rude in the drive through. My sister wanted a iced campfire mocha cooler. And you can order coolers in iced, hot, or blended. She said iced. They gave it to her blended. When she said that, they argued with her through the drive through window. They told her she could get it iced, hot, or blended, and she said right I wanted it iced. And then again they sat there and said yes you can get it iced hot or blended, and again she said she ordered it iced and they just kept arguing with her through the window. So she took her drink and left. Very disrespectful and disappointed. I love caribou, but I’ll just go to other caribou’s if it’s going to be this way.

I had to wait at least 10 minutes before being helped. They were catering to the drive-through of customers before people inside. Nice place & was clean.

I just moved to Delano this Labor Day weekend and I’m so glad this Caribou is so close to my apartment. Previously, I hung out at Caribou in Eden Prairie, Shady Oak store 3-5 days a week. This Delano store with the drive thru is large, with plenty of comfortable seating and It is so beautifully decorated! Been here twice this weekend and experienced friendly service and my skim mocha perfect.

I had visited a Caribou Coffee in person and created my own personal recipe for a Mocha. On the mobile order app I was not able to order the exact same mocha. I wanted less chocolate and flavor but I could find no way to add that to my mobile order!!!
