Usually I love coming to this caribou other than the drive throughs because I’ve noticed at the drive through, the teenagers argue with you or don’t care as much when making your drink, but in this case it wasn’t enjoyable. Got a nitro high rise, it’s a caramel nitro with some nitro whip on top and has milk in it, one of my favorite drinks, it’s sweet but also has that rich coffee taste that everyone loves you know? This drink had ice in it (it doesn’t come with ice) had no nitro whip, and no sweetness to it at all. Not only that the employee was really quiet, we could barely here her talking, gave us short answers, and acted like she didn’t want to be there. I got my drink and it tasted like there was no flavor in it at all. And she confirmed with me too that I was talking about the caramel one and I said yes. This drink sucked. So I politely told her what was wrong with it and she made me a new one, she didn’t seem to happy about it either. And the second one I will say was better, had not as strong of a coffee taste as the last one did, which is good but it still didn’t have as much of the caramel flavor as I would’ve liked and still no nitro whip on top that’s supposed to come on the drink. I didn’t say anything else, she was already not having a good day so I drank like 1/3 of it and then threw it. At least it was my free drink from my points and I didn’t have to pay for it ♀️

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I dealt with Vanessa, the shop manager, yesterday morning who was very rude. I asked for a campfire mocha for my friend and a strawberries and cream for me. She said, “Strawberry and banana, you mean?” I point to where it is on the menu. I said, “Strawberries and cream.” She says, “Our frozen drinks, got it. We have peach and crème. Berries and cream or strawberries.” I replied, “…Strawberries.” Like have I not told you what I wanted already?? Then I asked her if she could fill my Stanley cup with ice water. She says, “All right I need you to take the lid off.” So I did that. Then she proceeds to order me to bring my cup to the other side of the counter. Not a big deal for me, but it’s the principal. She made me feel like an animal for wanting water. I purchased 2 drinks, and I have my own cup for the water. What did I do wrong? I usually tip well, but she was so rude and impatient with me that I couldn’t bring myself to tip her. She didn’t ask if I wanted a receipt nor was I offered a drink holder for my 2 cold drinks. So I had to carry my 3 cold drinks out by hand. I work in the strip mall so I was planning on being a regular customer, but Vanessa has scared me off for good.

I’ve gone to this location several times. Usually the experience is good however they have made many mistakes in the past but usually rectify them. Today was totally uncalled for. The manager was very rude and unapologetic that their company’s app made a mistake and that it wasn’t her problem and asked me to get out of line because they’re busy after I already paid and didn’t receive my order. I spent over 45 minutes in the car to get there, wait in a long line, and go home empty handed. Not even an apology for their company’s mistake. I had to call corporate to get a refund. My order was literally a cup of plain hot coffee and a bag of beans, it would have taken seconds to get but I wasn’t worth the time. I will drive the extra couple minutes just to go to Dunkin’ donuts instead now just so I never have that kind of experience again. The manager at this location needs lots more training especially in basic customer service skills.
Updated 11/4/24. I decided to give this place another chance and they have completely changed since I first wrote the above. Friendlier staff and management and consistently accurate and quick orders.

Why is it so hard to make iced tea that looks and tastes like iced tea? Often it is just off color water for $5 Starbucks is much better. The young woman working there agreed and switched to mango black was properly brewed. She was awestruck

Nice grocery store. Half of the place looks old-fashioned, and then you get to the updated section. There, you will find a great deli, bakery, Caribo Coffee, and nice produce section. Good meat market. Their burgers at the meat counter are the best. Our favorites are blue cheese, and the other is cheddar bacon.

The workers were friendly and I enjoyed my drink, but I can’t believe honey was a DOLLAR up charge. Caribou used to have honey sitting out, free to use. I’m not sure what happened.
