Ordered both a medium and large hot mocha this last trip. Drinks tasted very different from each other. One tasted very good and how it should be and the other was watered down almost and didn’t taste good. My husband and I often get the same drinks and will find this occasionally occurs. Is frustrating to have inconsistent product when paying good money and tipping on every order. I may need to consider trying another coffee shop in the future. I feel like the recipes for routine beverages such as these should able to be executed correctly and consistently every time.

The cabin on 42 is the best! The team members are always so friendly, kind, and honestly make my morning start out on a good note! I appreciate them so much! Food and drinks are always good quality and consistent which makes me and my neurospicy brain happy!

Whenever I order Caribou on the app, I always order from this location. For some reason, when I ordered from the app this morning, it placed my order with a different Caribou (which is my fault for not double checking). I didn’t want to go to the other Caribou to get my order since I was on my way to work so I asked if I could just re-order it here. The lady at the window made it for me at no charge. She didn’t have to do that and it was very nice of her. I felt bad that I didn’t have any cash to tip but I will tip extra next time I (correctly) order from this location.

I ordered my free birthday drink on the app. I took my dog with me through the drive-thru, and the guy and gal that served me we’re super sweet! They even gave my dog a pup cup treat!!! This was my 1st visit at this location. It’s super cute! I’ve always wanted to stop there and getting my birthday drink finally brought me in! I will definitely be back more often! Thank you for having such wonderful employees! Sorry, I don’t know their names. I went at 8:20pm on Thurs 6/24/21.

I love Caribou. It is my go-to coffee shop, so I was very excited to check out the new concept. Appearance-wise it lived up to expectations. Very Minnesota cabin-like. I also love the new drink options offered here and hope it is offered at all Caribou’s eventually. The service was very fast and impressive. The female employee working the window was friendly and personable.
The only reason 5-stars was not given was due to confusion on the drinks ordered. There were five vehicles in front of us and none behind us. Upon reaching the window the lady helping us was doing great with our order. In the background I could hear an employee yelling times, which I took as how long a customer should place an order and be on their way. A great concept, but hearing it added a bit of rushed stress to us – like we were holding up a line even when no one was behind us – and seemed to fluster the employee as well. The drinks – lemon lime and mixed berry bou-sted sparkling waters – were handed to us and they looked very similar. We thought mixed berry would be pink or somehow we’d be able to tell the difference from the two. No big deal. But we thought we had the wrong order. Another employee stepped in and said what’s the issue. I’m sure he didn’t mean to be rude, but unfortunately it came across as such. The whole issue could’ve been solved if the drinks looked different or had been labeled. We felt rushed from the window by him without knowing we had the correct drinks. We ended up stopping in the parking lot to figure out what drink was what.
With saying that…it’s newly opened and I know logistics are still being worked through. I still love Caribou and hope this feedback helps correct these small issues. I’m confident when I go back to this location, the next rating will be a 5.
