I love this caribou location. They’re always so friendly and do such a great job. I’ll often call ahead to order a coffee canteen and it’s always ready by the time I arrive. They are so accommodating and make sure I have everything I need. The space is also very nice to meet people or just relax for a bit.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Where to start? It took over fifteen minutes to get 1 coffee and two snacks, and we had to wait another 5 minutes for our second drink. I paid for an extra whip for both drinks and didn’t even receive the standard amount. I also paid for 2 extra shots of espresso, which I also doubt they put into my drink. When I asked for the receipt, the cashier, Mayia, just went “okay” and didn’t bother offering anything. Not a replacement drink for the ones they messed up, not a partial refund for the money I spent on product I didn’t even receive. All she offered was the slamming of the window. Truly ridiculous that I tipped for substandard coffee and customer service. Clearly, I’ll stick to your other locations as I don’t think I can trust this one to even properly wash their equipment.

We used the drive thru and ordered two drinks. There was one person at the window and no one between them and us. The wait time to order was excessive and I had to ask the lady to speak up. She never asked if I was a member. I also had to ask for the receipt because she didn’t offer it. Then we find that one of the drinks was made wrong. Not good service and they made a drink wrong. I’m not impressed…

I made the decision to convert to Caribou Coffee from a mermaid-inspired coffee shop and I am forever grateful I did. This shop in Little Canada is a delight – especially the staff! Every morning I am greeted with a cheery voice and the most friendly, kind, patient, and welcoming staff. They make for a wonderful start to my day. I am grateful I found them and for the grand work they put into making everyone’s day a bit brighter!!!

This is a very spacious Caribou. There is ample seating both inside and outside.
Weird thing, I asked the cashier for a flat white and she said they didn’t have that. This is a confusing lack of barista knowledge. If you have the tools to make a latte you can make a flat white.

The staff here are lovely, and always brighten my day. Today like an idiot I ordered a drink to pick up at the Rice Street location, and the staff here made it for me anyway. Treat them well, everyone!

Drive through are very helpful if you can’t go in or in a hurry. Everything is clean, I’ve always had excellent friendly service and smiles . Food and snacks are delicious.

This is one reason I stopped going to this location. They can’t fill the drink where it should be. I thought I would stop there and give them another chance, but I guess I will not be going back anymore . Sorry, but the price of it, I would like to have it right.

Edit to add that a Barista named Ross or possibly Russ? With rad tattoos helped us push our Subaru after it stalled. What a pal! Please celebrate this hero amongst us. Thank you to the team for always being super as well! Great neighborhood caribou spot.
