The staff at this store make simple orders seem complicated. They act like you are speaking klingon or something. The coffee is often overheld and bitter. The man who served me today was rude, snatching my card from my hand instead of presenting me with the tap function. I noticed he was visibly shaking, so I asked if he was OK. And in reply he said back to me, in a fake and sarcastic tone, “i hope YOU’RE ok” and slammed the window shut.
I returned today as it is the most convenient option for me when I do not brew at home. The order taking was a little better, but the coffee itself tasted extremely over-held again. Very bitter, as if it was 2 hours or more old. What i dont understand is why the bitter, over-held coffee thing is so common. Do the employees not drink coffee? Do some folks just think all coffee tastes this way, acidic and bitter? Please instruct staff to serve FRESH coffee. Yes, I will be emailing. Thank you for replying.

Every drink comes out gorgeously, and always with enthusiasm. I work right next door and not all days are equal, but whether I’m down in the dumps or having a great day, every single one of them brightens it further.

I’m from NWI, here visiting the MOA,& this was my first time having Caribou. I now see why there’s one on every other corner in Minnesota! I had the Turtle Mocha, and this was by far the best coffee drink I’ve ever had! I wish we had a location in NWI, because this would be my daily addiction! Maybe it’s a good thing we don’t I got mine to go, as we were headed back home, but the ambiance of the restaurant makes you want to sit down and enjoy your coffee there. I have become a fan of this, and anytime I see a Caribou shop from now on, I’ll stop in to get my next fix!☕️☕️☕️

I visit this store almost daily. Easy access to get to the store. Quick, accommodating service. Had an order get screwed up once at no fault of the store’s, but they corrected the mistake for free and without complaint. My one big issue with the store is the parking. Parking out front of the store is very limited and I find that in-store patrons frequently park in the “order ahead parking,” which can make picking up an order inconvenient at best. And this doesn’t seem to be monitored by store staff as it’s the same offenders. However, this is not big enough of an issue for me to switch stores as everything else about this Caribou is great!
