I enjoy stopping here when I’m walking around and get thirsty for their drink. I love their refreshers and energy drinks as well as their frozen strawberry smoothie! (I get the smoothie almost every time lol) My mom really enjoys their chai too. Today I tried the confetti cookie and it was actually pretty good!

I enjoyed my experience at this location. The drinks were satisfactory, fairly priced, and refreshing. The inside of the store was also well designed and I liked the aesthetic while waiting for my drink. There were some downsides though. The woman taking my order forgot to give me my receipt and she asked for my drink size 3 times before getting it right. When I got my drink, it was blazing hot and they didn’t give me a cardboard cup cozy to protect my hands. They gladly gave one to me, but I feel like that should be a given for a hot drink. Otherwise it was a typical caribou experience with the amazing taste that I was searching for.

I stopped in the Rosedale Caribou Coffee shop today (Nov 11th, Veterans Day) at about 12:30 pm. I ordered a small coffee from the young lady working. She took my perks informations, then asked if I was a veteran. I told her I am, she thanked me for my service to the US, and my coffee was free!!! I was thrilled and so appreciative. I used to be a barista at a big corp so I give my baristas a lot of grace and patience, especially on a busy Black Friday. Yes I waited 30 mins for my drinks, but when my mother politely asked when they will come out, we got nothing but attitude and disrespect from the what I’m assuming is manger. You can be rude to me but once you’re mean to my mom it’s over. She blatantly lied to our faces saying they called our names when I sat there the whole time. I don’t mind the wait on a busy day but I also don’t like liars. Be kind.

Nice and clean, coffee is great. Employee didn’t ask for my perks number right away (or anyone else’s really) but they were nice.

I’m so glad they Have a fully Vegan food item! The JUST Egg Flatbread is amazing. Also the Non-Dairy milk being the same price as cow milk is a huge win over… Other coffee shops lol

Fredrika was such a sweetheart. She took my order smiling the whole time. I went in to get my birthday drink & I got a coffee cooler with whip. When I got to the place to grab my drink the woman before me ordered 3 coolers with plenty of whip. Then, the girl who was making the drinks ( I didn’t catch her name ) set my drink out with no whip. I politely asked for whip & she seemed kind of annoyed. When she gave me my drink it had the smallest amount of whipped cream. I left so disappointed. I used to work at a caribou so I know how much is supposed to go on drinks. Made me wish I went to a different location to be honest.
