Charged for a coffee cake and did not receive with order. called and asked if I could get a refund and was told next order id get it with next purchase without charge/ it would be noted. Came back/ let the lady know what happened previously and was charged again for the coffee cake. Coffee is okay but not worth the inconvenience. Location stinks.

Terrible customer service. I have been coming here for years with the same order. I got a few extra drinks this morning and the girls working the drive thru were very rude and short. They didn’t give me the $1 off my large drink, gave me one drink short , one of the girls that took the order gave attitude right away saying no you didn’t and they were the ones having trouble hearing through the microphone from the big delivery truck in the line. I wasn’t given a receipt with my purchase and then when they added the 2nd missing small beverage, they didn’t give me a straw and made sure to ignore the window. Worst experience I’ve had in years here. I truly hope some sort of management sees this and address their staff. We were there around 9:20am on August 8th and ordered two large drinks and two strawberry cream coolers.

This Caribou Coffee was one of the cozier ones I have been to. I was served quickly and stayed awhile to enjoy my coffee. There was a nice fireplace running and I was able to play trivia with my boyfriend. Caribou has done it once again!

So I actually like this place… But I am leaving a three star review for a specific reason. This has happened to me literally every time I go through the drive through. I ask for water with no ice, and they will not do it, no matter what. It happened again just now. I went asked for water, emphasizing the no ice, and then when I got to the window to pay, I looked the cashier in the eye and repeated myself… Water with no ice, right? She said yeah, and then she went and got me a glass of water with ice. Like, are you doing this on purpose? Is this company policy? I don’t get it.

The lumberjack breakfast sandwich is absolutely the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had. The coffee is good. A bit too sweet so if that’s an issue, order half sweet. But the star of the show is the lumberjack!
