I like the food from this place. I’ve been coming here a long time. Sometimes I take out and sometimes I eat there. My problem has been that the last 3 times whether I’ve ordered there to go or called it in (called in twice ordered there once) there is at least one service member who speaks no English. I speak no Spanish and each of those times I’ve had my order be incorrect. They are allowed to hire whoever they want and that’s ok. This review is mainly so if the owners didn’t know it’s causing mistakes in people’s orders now they do. If that’s ok with them again that’s their right as a business. I just won’t go ever again if it happens a fourth time. I do like their food very much.

Tasty, well prepared food. Perfectly priced. Love the atmosphere! No complaints. Just turn the music down on one side of the restaurant. I don’t know which songs to listen to. Still love the place!!!
P.S. I just saw a few of the bad complaints. My wife eats seafood, and her dishes are amazing and tasty. She usually has to bring portions home because they offer portions that last. As for me, I eat veggie dishes, and they are ALWAYS well prepared and seasoned right… and the service is always excellent. We stopped by this place once and have been back here six times. Great spot if you want something authentic and genuine.

I called in ahead to place an order over the phone. Apon arrival, I was seen but not acknowledged for about 3 minutes (however it felt like 5). Once home, the food was absolutely delicious! Burrito Del Mar, a must try. I was really happy with the price. Cancun wasn’t to busy, although I can imagine it can be. Plan on a 30 minute wait. It was worth the wait. Keep up the good work.

My first time there, I got the mole burrito and it was super good. It had sour cream, guacamole, beans, Carnitas and rice. There was sesame seeds on top of the burrito with the mole sauce. Best I ever had. I definitely will come back here and get it again by.

My husband got his food first . He waited for my food too arrive more than 15 minutes I told him just too eat because I believe they forgot my food . He was finishing up his food when another 20 when I got mine plate finally arrived I expressed I was not okay with that . Told them that that’s was ok . I asked for a too go box and I told two ladies. I was still waiting for that as well and my bill for another 15 minutes . They finally came no box and 10% with a attitude . DON’T GO HERE !!! I asked too speak too some they said they didn’t have a manager I then asked who approved the discount then . They had nothing but excuses and couldn’t understand my side . It was like a joke . Of course this made it worse I was angry and let them know . After express it in Spanish clearly our food was free but told me not too come back . I said no problem NEVER AGAIN . Very said because my husband and I have been going there for a long time . But this was out of hand .
