I LOVE caribou coffee. I go here a few times a week and it is delicious! That being said, it is super upsetting when they hand me my $7 coffee and it’s only 2/3 full. I had not taken one single sip out of this drink. I keep saying the next time this happens will be my last time spending money here, but this one might be the worst one yet that actually makes me kiss my delicious crafted presses goodbye. I just cannot justify spending so much money almost every day when it’s so hit or miss as to whether you’ll get a full cup or not.

Amazing vibe inside. It was super clean including the bathrooms! The staff was so nice and knowledgeable. I asked what syrups can go in matcha and was provided a list and recommendation. I went with the recommended Waffle syrup and my matcha was soooo good! Great quality matcha too! I also ordered a drink for my sister who loved it, cakepop, cream cheese muffin and a wrap and it was all really good. The total was about $22 which is great for 2 large drinks, a breakfast wrap and two bakery items! I will DEFINITELY be coming back here!

I just came here for the first time with my boyfriend, and omg! So good! They deserve so much more recognition. I got the iced turtle mocha and my man got the matcha with bubbles and it was so yum! And the women who took our order was such a sweetheart I can’t wait to try more of the menu!

While this new location has a more modern vibe than the cozy feel of the old Caribou spots, it’s still comfortable and inviting. The coffee quality remains top-notch, with a commitment to real ingredients—no artificial flavors or colors, which is a big win for our family. If you’re new to Caribou, I highly recommend trying the Mint Condition or Caramel High Rise. You might want to ask for them “half-sweet” if you prefer less sugary drinks, as they can be a bit overpowering otherwise.

Very happy with this new addition to the chain coffee stores in Canton. Run by Covelli Enterprises, I hope that results in good service, but I worry since Paneras have gone down hill in the last decade. This store is beautiful and near the mall and hotels. Good service, good coffee, good start.

Ordered a drink that tasted like cough syrup. Ordered a bagel. No butter because apparently they don’t have butter. Was there two days prior and nobody asked for my rewards (which I forgot I had as I don’t frequent this establishment. That day my drink was pure sweetness. Both trip was not able to finish either drink. Canceled the bagel due to a lack of butter and order the bacon, egg, cheese bagel. The bottom of the bagel was completely soggy like pudding while the top was so hard and chewy. The contents of the bagel were just thrown near the bagel. It was a complete mess. Had to toss that too. $25 in two visits for gross drinks/food. I won’t be returning.
