Had a jerk chicken bowl for lunch. Jerk chicken although cooked perfectly literally didn’t have any flavor of jerk. Tasted basically like grilled chicken with a very white people level of jerk seasoning and no jerk sauce.
Everything else was pretty solid, just needs more jerk in the jerk chicken. A lot more jerk.

Amazing food hands down! Love the island shrimp tacos! Protons are amazing for the price. Jerk chicken bowls have a lot of food for the price and the jerk sauce best I have had yet! Food comes out pretty quick and the staff is amazing!! I just want you to know that you are my go to during the farmers market! Keep up the great work!! See ya this Wednesday!

Just tried the taco trio chicken, shrimp, and pork have to say they were good but messy maybe a little bigger tortillas and i would have gone 5 star but just a downfall is the sloppiness other than that the flavor was there, will have to try other items another day

Tried them when they visited Badger State Brewing. Ordered the jerk chicken and the jerk flavour was relatively week. Spice intensity was nice though-spicy. Major downfall was the 45 min wait. Not sure the speed of service is reflective of the food truck industry (in general as food trucks are supposed to be quicker than a dine-in experience). It was quite a hot and long wait. I do like they gave you little pager-thing. Food portions were decent. Major area of improvement would be speed. Prices were okay but if you assume a solid price-point to reflect speed of service…than it wasn’t.
