As a black owned business, this is my second time being disgusted by this place and the lack of customer service. I was so disappointed ordering soul rolls that was nothing but meat and cheese wrapped up drenched in oil and chicken wing sauce. The picture that’s advertised was nothing close to what I recieved. Never again! Try Jordan’s eatery. Food is great, prices are great and they value their customers.

Great food! Awesome service! Had dinner last night and breakfast this morning. The shrimp and grits was really good. Ribs were fall off the bone. Fried chicken was delicious. Greens, potatoes, and macaroni and cheese was all great. You want down home soul food? Turn your car around and head to Carbry’s asap.

I ordered from this place for our lunch at work today. First time eating from there. So good everything was flavorful and cooked to perfection. I ordered ribs and baked beans and macaroni and cheese. I love their food, I love their customer service. Me and my family has been there numerous times and have tried many things on the menu (to the point where I’m sure they were wondering if I cook at home ) we did that to get a general idea of the place. Everything we tried was delicious..if you think their lunch and dinner is good…TRY THEIR BREAKFAST!! And they open early! We have dined in, we have ordered out, I’ve never gotten delivery. I would say customer service was good for me but I’m a people person so a bad day couldn’t detere me, you’d have to be completely vile for that and they weren’t. The atmosphere is amazing and I love that it’s family owned because when we took our LOs in there with us and they are busy and they NEVER made us feel bad or never seemed bothered by it. I actually love this place but had to slow down because I was eating their food more than my own because it’s convenient and delicious! I refer them to every human I encounter lol…. their food is amazing and priced good. **For those of you complaining about customer service being your reason to visit only once really have to stop being hard on FAMILY OWNED and BLACK OWNED businesses because there are places you give multiple chances to and their customer service is way worse….stop. anyway TRY THEM IF YOU HAVEN’T and if you have TRY them again.

Ribs are really pretty good, delicious sauce. They had no baked beans last week and I was disappointed. Ribs are very tender, sweet potatoes are good too. Atmosphere is very casual.
