This is a great restaurant! The staff are really kind and open. I came here with a group of eight people and the staff were very patient with us. The food is absolutely delicious. It is truly homemade, country style cooked food. My group and I had a wonderful time. They let us stay, even after we paid the bill. It is veteran-owned and they will give you a discount if you’re an active duty or veteran. I would definitely come here again the next time I’m in the area.

I got the chicken fingers and they were very good. The breading was light and the chicken was great quality. The sides were curly fires, which were perfectly crispy, and coleslaw, which had a great taste. The staff was extremely friendly and the food was surprisingly delicious. I can only describe this place as a small diner with friendly people and amazing food. I recommend this place a lot – it may look small, but it packs a delicious punch! Try it out 😀

Food was great and very reasonably priced. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We were just passing through and were happy we found this versus a chain restaurant. The menu has a vast selection of items to please everyone. We are currently following a keto diet and the server very quickly picked up on it by our order, she then tailored our salads to match without our remembering to ask. Lovely place, you can’t go wrong choosing this.

BEST meal we’ve ever had in this building!! We’ve been coming to the various restaurants that have come and gone over the years (since 1985 The Hamilton) and tonight’s dinner was the BEST ever! We tucked right in to country fried steak (Mike) and roast turkey (me), that I totally forgot to take a pic! Delicious!!

Food hasn’t been as good as it used to be. When I first started coming here, the food tasted fresh and was always good. The last few times I’ve been, it seems those high standards once held have dropped some. I do enjoy the chicken salad so that’s a safe bet. Staff is friendly but, more recently, they have looked like they are ruining back and forth between cooking and serving. Haggard and sweaty. They are pleasant and do their best.

Good for a local diner. Had the porkchop special. They were nicly seasoned and cooked perfectly. The stewed tomatoes were not in the style that I like. Sweet potato fries were really good. The waitress wasn’t polished, however she was definitely friendly and attentive. I would eat there again.

Can’t even give it one star, I’m sorry. Went fir breakfast. Slow getting it, and we barely managed one bite each and let it set and left. 1st off the gravy was not only cold, you could see the grease in it. One bite each…it was terrible. Worst gravy I’ve ever tasted in my life. Went there fir lunch awhile back. Had the same impression. Will not go there again. Apparently some people like it, but we sure didn’t. Oh, I would give our waitress 5 stars…she was very nice
