So my family is new to the area, we walked in and from the minute we walked in, we were treated like family by the owner. (Wish i would of got his name) Might of been the best customer service I have ever experienced in a dine-in restaurant. He didn’t just treat us well, he went out of his way to make us feel welcomed. I can see why this place was packed. Will recommend to anyone I know.

I happened upon this gem and couldn’t be more thrilled! The food was absolutely amazing — every dish was bursting with flavor and an appealing presentation. You can tell they really care about what they’re serving. The owner is super cool, and you can feel the passion they have for the place. The staff are equally welcoming, making the entire experience feel warm and inviting. It’s definitely a spot I’ll be returning to and recommending to friends! I highly recommend checking it out if you’re in the area!

Great price, great portions, great service, great atmosphere…and did I say delicious? We had the hot Italian and whole hog on fresh bread! It was all that and a bag of chips, literally and metaphorically! The Deli is cute but we sat outside with our dog facing what I presume the historic Washington Courthouse. It has close proximity to Rt 35…will definitely be back when driving through again.

Great spot, cool atmosphere that I don’t think has changed in decades. I got a Philly chease steak, it’s not really a Philly grilled on a flattop. It’s deli roast beef warmed in a broiler/salamander. It’s a delicious sammy, manage your expectations. I don’t live there but will be back and will go to Capuana’s again.

When I ordered a sandwich, it had the awful taste and smell of a moldy basement..no other way to describe it, other than bread and meat absorbed odor from a dark musty cellar. I will never eat here again, or Super Sport Pizza next door due to this. Something is off with the building or food storage. I heard another person experience the same. How is anyone eating here??

We stopped in Capuana’s for lunch during our stay at nearby Deer Creek Lodge. The staff was very friendly and the sandwiches were amazing. I got a half sandwich and it was more than enough. I had my sandwich bread steamed and it was so soft. I highly recommend.

So in Washington Courthouse some food choices are somewhat “limited”. So I usually enjoy a good Italian sub & these ladies killed it! Now it may be a secret but I’m spilling the beans on this one. The Bry Italian Sub!! It’s “off menu” but it was fantastic! Flavors were intense! She recommended toasted so that’s what I had. Absolutely love this Sub! So my fiancée had the big American & like America it was big, flavorful & impressive! My usual test for a new to me sub place would be a club sub but the Big American is more than just a turkey club sub. It’s a world leader!!
