Coming to the Captain’s Inn tiki bar always reminds me of summer. The nice breezes by the river, the boats coming and going, the outdoor experience and live music, this is pinnacle of summer for me!

Food was good but not great. Taste was good but portions were smaller than last time I was there. My clam was hiding under a green bean. Stuffed flounder hardly had any stuffing, and fish was small. The scallops were plenty and flavorful but had no char on them. Baked potatoe was small and dry. All in all it was a good meal not great and expensive. I’ll come again in the off-season. It was much better. Service was very good.

Had a great time at the tiki bar here. Right from the time I pulled in the staff was awesome, very friendly and quick. Sitting out back on the water is really nice- a little crowded, but it’s nice to watch the boats go by. The food and drinks were fantastic and very filling. This was a cheap and wonderful place to stop for a late lunch/ early dinner.

My husband and I recently chose The Captain’s Inn to cater our wedding on June 17th, 2023 and they did a phenomenal job! We decided to rent a hall and Debbie and her staff were a dream to work with leading up to and on our big day! She provided excellent service and fantastic food on our wedding day. She went above and beyond to ensure that our wedding day would be perfect, and it was! We can not say enough good things about The Captain’s Inn!!! The food on our wedding day was tasty, hot, and just the right texture. Our wedding cake was beautiful and tasted delicious. The staff set up our décor and did an amazing job as I could not even picture it looking as amazing as it did. If you are looking to book a caterer for your wedding day, you found the right place!

Had my daughter’s college graduation party here. It was in a large tent overlooking the water. When we arrived it was set up as requested. We had 4 people dedicated to our party for 4 hours. The service was great, the food was great and the price was reasonable. Everybody raved about the party, even those hard to please.

Stopped in for lunch with my husband and was pleasantly surprised. Everyone was very friendly and server was great. Really enjoyed my meal which consisted of a citrus salad with jumbo shrimp, grilled veggies, mandarin oranges and pine nuts, drizzled with a citrus dressing. My husband was equally happy with a jumbo shrimp and scallops over pasta. Lunch came with basket of crackers, breadstick and cheese. Enjoyed a partial water view across the street.

We stopped in for dinner after we had finished training down the road. Tracey was our server and she did an amazing job taking care of us. The food was amazing and I had to have seafood entree being so close to ocean and I’ve never been happier with my decision! If you find yourself in town and looking for a great spot to eat dinner, I’d absolutely recommend stopping here!

Great spot on the water with good seafood dishes and other delicacies. Nice selection of appetizers, soups, salads, sandwiches, and dinners. I had prime rib, it was great and done the perfection. Super friendly and attentive wait staff. Lots of selections for everyone. They have a bar right on the water across the street, large rooms for parties and other gatherings.
