Captain’s Haven is open year round serving beer, wine and tavern style food. Fall/Winter Hours are Wednesday – Saturday 12-9, kitchen closes at 8:00 We do a Fish Fry on Friday’s serving fresh haddock dinners with 3 sides – fries, mac and cheese and cole slaw for $14.00 or Fish Sandwich and one side for $9.50, with many any other weekly Specials as well.

We stopped in for dinner and were very impressed. We ordered wings, cheese curds, and a variety of dishes for dinner. The food was very tasty. The haddock fish dinners were delicious, the fish lightly breaded and not overdone… The chicken Philly sandwich is amazing, although I would have preferred a different cheese option, they only have American ‘cheese’ (it’s not real cheese) as an option. Aside from the lack of real cheese options, we had no complaints. We did eat outside as it was very loud inside. The wait staff was great and the prices are beyond reasonable in comparison to other restaurants in the area. This is a great little place to stop, and we will definitely be back.

First time we went was June. It was 8pm and they said they were out of almost everything. Second time, in July, waitresses were extremely stressed out. One with blond hair was pushy and rude. And I think she was talking to customers about other customers behind their back! Fried food, if they had anything left! Lol. Terrible place to eat.

Its a marina pub,,dont expect more. Clean well run and a cool lake vibe. Great pub food. Wine slushies have a kick too! Grandkids loved burger and BLT. Laid back. Hard to spend 12$ per person with sandwich, side and drink!
