The employees working were amazing! So sweet to our kids and family, it actually made our whole trip into Montgomery today! What a lovely experience and one lady was just so sweet and helpful to our family! Very clean, quick service, and today they had the best staff!

I understand being understaffed but the employees here move so slow except the one lady here at lunch today. She was helpful and apologetic for my burger and fries taking thirty minutes. They didn’t have vanilla mix for the shake machine so I had to ask for a refund in the app and the burger I got wasn’t the one I ordered. The fries were great and fresh and the burger was cold. Tacos was old ,dry and greasy looking,i lost my receipt just had the proof of purchase and they said(a female on the speaker) it’s not nothing they could do about it knowing they just saw me not even a exchange.smh .they only got the one star because the drive thru guy Keshawn was very nice when I made a kids meal order anyways.&yes I kept my receipt ..they gotta do better with their loyal customers

Tried to order at the drive thru at 5 minutes til closing time – they asked me for my order, I gave it, and then silence. Drove over to the window after almost 10 minutes of silence and saw they were cleaning up. No one came to the window, they just ignored me except for one person who motioned that they closed at 5. I get it if I was too late but don’t ask me for my order and then give me the silent treatment!

I ordered a double and got a room temp single with no cheese that was absolutely swimming in mayo and catch-up. They have a sign on the speaker that says they are short staffed… But the staff they do have is rude and very obviously hate their jobs and everyone they are serving seems to be an unforgivable nuisance just for ordering to begin with. I hate getting food here when I’m on base and I try to avoid it tbh, but sometimes you just have to. Iykyk. I wish we could get a burger place that has some semblance of customer service and better products on our base instead. We have limited choices on base as it is, why should BK get to be one of the choices? Honestly, it’s such a miserable place to try to get a meal. Even if it is “fast food” this is still really bad. Best place to get fast food in the Montgomery area. Always kind, patient, and my order is always correct! Not to mention, when I order multiple meals for a group of people, it’s never a bother to them. They even redid five meals when I had to respond to an emergency call and come back for our food. Absolutely great staff!

I’ve ordered 3 double cheeseburgers with no bun and heavy mustard for the last 5 years at multiple Burger Kings. When I ordered the same thing here, the lady said they can’t put mustard on them without the bun. I asked why and she just told me thank you pull forward. I tried negotiating at the window and with the worst attitude she finally said they can’t because of presentation. So I asked for a bunch of mustard packs. She said they can give me 3. I said that won’t be enough and she closed the window on me. Management, please fix this.

I hate to give a place on base a 1 star review, but this is the worst fast food establishment I have ever patronized. The broilers are frequently down and a couple of the employees have been extremely rude. I typically go off base and hit the Day Street McDonalds these days.
