We had a great breakfast here, we tried some flavor combinations we don’t see very often and the shredded corned beef omelet was fantastic! Blueberry pumpkin pancakes were rich and sweet, and the homemade maple whipped cream waffles were full of lovely warming spices.

If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. This café is everything you want in a local spot — warm, welcoming, and full of heart. From the moment you walk in, the staff greet you like an old friend. There’s a genuine kindness and attentiveness here that you just don’t find everywhere. Our waitress, J, truly made the experience even better. She was incredibly attentive, pleasant, and thoughtful throughout our visit. She checked in on us just the right amount, made great recommendations, and had such a positive, welcoming attitude that it instantly brightened the whole meal. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does and cares about her customers.
The food? Incredible. Every dish tastes like it was made with love — fresh, flavorful, and comforting, just like a home-cooked meal. Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or just a coffee break, everything comes out perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. You can feel the attention to detail in every bite.

We spent a few days in Geneva and this place had good ratings so we decided to stop here for breakfast. The food was really good. The décor and general design of the location was generic and the lighting was a harsh white, but if I won’t dock points for that if what I ate was worth it. You could tell it was a family-run business because the person refilling our coffees was a literal child which never really feels quite right.

Best breakfast in downtown geneva. The pumpkin waffle was delicious. All staff and the owner were wonderful. Service was quick. The coffee is great. We tried water street and grounded but made sure to get back to captains because of the food, staff and atmosphere. Definitely recommend for a delicious breakfast with a cup of coffee or cappuccino.

Back for a late breakfast/early lunch, and again we were not disappointed. Read some of the bad reviews about bland food and poor service, and can’t figure out why. The service has always been good, this time was no exception. Both our our meals were hot and well seasoned.

Delicious breakfast, great portions, fresh ingredients- it wasn’t our first choice in the area, but we didn’t want to wait 45+ minutes for other options. We were seated and provided drinks quickly, great meal selection, and simple, yet delicious food. Only 2 servers working and maybe one other busser/helper.
