Well, yesterday was not the greatest. There was a Captains special with 20 Wings , Fries &a 2L.We also ordered a Catfish & Wings for my mom. We were excited because we were here a week ago & had the BEST CHICKEN – WHOLE WINGS- It was a different cook.
Disappointed yesterday with the food but, the staff was Super friendly. AI took our order over the phone- That was a cool experience!
“Interactive” The Restaurant staff called back to confirm. That was a great experience.

I wish I could give zero stars.. do not go to this establishment. Unprofessional, rude cussing at me when I politely asked about my order . (When I called I was told it would be 15min) I arrived beyond the 15 minutes and the order wasnt ready. At that time I was told, “to take a Damn seat and it maybe 2hrs before my order was ready. They didnt know.”I then asked if I could just have a refund since my order was not ready, and the cook/manager in the back shouted ‘”READ THE DAMN SIGN” ain’t no refunds! ($140 order)The girl at the counter said the person yelling would have to come to fix it.. when I finally received my order it was incorrect. I ordered a large fry I did not receive it.

If I could give them no stars I would this store is completely disrespectful rude. They’re giving people soggy chicken. They’re using old grease. They are also unsanitary and they need to be inspected..

The manager could care less about good customer service and fixing the problem. He’s more concerned about arguing with the customers than just apologizing and fixing the problem.

I would never ever order from this place again and do not place shop orders through DoorDash either and keep reporting the supervisor there cause he think he’s untouchable like he doesn’t have a boss over him

I took perch fish meal comes with fries, coleslaw, and soda and it was good, my son took chickens sandwich meal.

$11 the price for one meal and you cannot beat that.

Been going to this location for a few years….got a 50piece for game night but they were too salty for the family to enjoy. The fish is delicious need a little extra cook time. New cook? But, I’ll go back and hopefully all is back to…well.

We got a 15 piece wing dings and a 5 piece of legs and thighs. The picture is the wing dings. The seasoning was pretty good but I was expecting it to be a sauce on it since it was a little dry without some buffalo sauce. Overall it’s a little expensive but tasted good and the workers were very nice. Bathroom mirror definitely should be cleaned.

It’s amazing with customer service being the four front of any organization, that this particular location has a 3.2 star rating has anyone askd why? and it will not get better, becuase the SM doesn’ recognize his stores opportunities, and to blame the consumer for the mistakes made on the order is sad, if your looking for customer service don’t visit this location.
