The customer service was good, I must commend the staff of their positive attitude working under pressure. It was very busy when I went, I did an pick up order, which took an hour from the time I placed the order from the time I received my food. They sell Pepsi products, good dessert menu and also a clean dining area. Food was hot and good I will be returning

These are their “jumbo” shrimp. 15 of them for $20.00. These are like 50-1 shrimp. They are not jumbo shrimp. You can get a pound of shrimp from Happys and you will get around 20 shrimp that are much larger for the same price.

Order a perch combo and chicken strip. The chicken was good. Hot, fresh, and really big. The fish was cold, small and flavorless. Also, it’s a cornmeal batter; just FYI. Fries were really good. Hush puppies were ok. Took almost 30 minutes to get my food. The place was clean, and employees seemed nice. I would call this meal Mediocre at best. I wouldn’t go back.

Went to Captain Jay’s last week for the first time. They had 3 sizes of okra, which I love, and I figured the largest would be too big for me so I ordered the middle size. It was smaller than I’d expect the small to be. Went today and ordered the extra large for $6 and it was smaller than the middle size I ordered last week. Went back up and told them this couldn’t possibly be a $6 extra large and they just nodded and said yep it is.

Food was great the first week they were open. Now it’s good. Took an hour hour to get food the first couple weeks, but worth it. The timing has got better. Only food now isn’t as fresh, or burnt…just not as good as before for whatever reason. Prices are great, customer service wonderful. Fries are best!

I usually order Legs N Thighs from Doordash every Sunday and, what could I say? It’s consistent and I’ve never had a bad experience thus far. Thanks for making my Sunday and Monday weekends extra worthwhile after 5 days of hauling butt at work. Keep it up guys and thanks

So my first time having Captain Jay’s we had fish I spent $38 total the fish had a good taste the fried okra was good the drink order was completely wrong and even after ordering ahead when my son picked it it was still a long wait. Might give another try after they have been opened for a while and a bit more organized. But for now my review is low, didn’t live up to all the hype.

Looked at menu online for this location. Decided to purchase 4 code for $9.99 and large fry. Price inside was $16.99.coincidentally manager was at counter I inquired about price difference. He said these are the prices, I said well that is false advertising. He said these are the prices then said well that is the price for UNCOOKED FISH.I rechecked app no where did it state that.Decided to give it a shot anyways,fries were delicious cooked in fresh oil.The fish we had no idea was cornmeal batter.not a fan,girls at counter very friendly. NOT my choice for $22 won’t be back.Manager needs some customer training on customer interaction. Just my humble opinion.
