I was looking forward to trying out this location after having a great experience at others of the same name. I’m very dissatisfied with the quality of the halibut and chips! The outer batter was over cooked in places, under cooked in others. The inside was mushy and the amount of actual fish was about 10% of the whole, while the batter made up 90%. Some of the worse fish and chips I’ve had on years……i won’t be returning

Excellent customer service, and very clean restaurant. The portions were huge. We got the haddock and chips deal, which is plenty for 2 people. The haddock was very tasty and flaky. The chips were plenty and very well seasoned. Would love to go back and try other items on the menu.

Love their fish and chips. We tried the haddock and halibut with sides of onion rings and fried mushroom cap complete with coleslaw. All of them are very delicious. They also carry some items of Greek delights and baklava.

Fast, friendly service. Very clean. Good sized portion for much less than a fast food chain restaurant. The dining room was bright, cheery and calm. If I was to be critical, the fries were a bit mealy, but I think it was just the potato itself, not improperly cooked and it was my first time there. All in all a good experience. I would definitely go back.

Had a delicious meal at Captain George’s and at a great bargain. The dinner for 3 was a superb deal for the 3 of us and plenty of food. The server, Sheldon, was outstanding… super friendly and very accommodating. This was a great spot to stop for lunch.
