Awesome service and delicious food. Because of that, D’s is our Fri. night regular “hangout” with friends. There is plenty of seating; the dining area is bright, and the music is rarely too loud. All of that makes it a favorite place to gather and visit!

Wont eat there again. They changed their fish from a clean tasting crunchy fish to a nasty chinese catfish. It taste old and dirty. I had to get my money back and wont go back.

I want take this time to really thank a lady who worked the cash register at 01/11/2024 she is has the most amazing attitude and she was so compassionate. My son and me and my daughter all come in to eat and I was talking to the lady and I had told her it’s was my son 2nd birthday and she wished him happy birthday and then we order she then told me she was going to use her own personal discount to give him a cheesecake for his birthday she brought it over and even sang Happy Birthday to him it melted my heart she was so compassionate and I’m so happy we got to meet her. Thank you so much for my making my son day so special and thanking you for the excellent job you did in taking care of the customer excellent attitude

Ordered two deluxe platters and one 36 price butterfly shrimp it only had 19 manager Ben said I cooked 41 my self ur a lier but he forgot about the 2 meals plus my shrimp he was very rude I called back and he just picked up and set phone on counter I cold here them in back never go there again

First, this is the first review I’ve ever written. No exaggeration, this was the worst meal I’ve ever paid for. The service was terrible, our orders were wrong, the food was undercooked, it was under staffed, other people in the restaurant commented that we should get our money back but the “manager” on duty said he hadn’t been trained on how to do refunds and his boss (Andy) had “gone somewhere” but wouldn’t tell anyone where he was going. I guess he went somewhere that had no cell service because the staff didn’t know how to reach him. Hope he gets back alright. My wife and I will never, ever go back to any Captain Ds under any circumstances. $30 hard lesson. On a brighter note, the place was clean and they did give us 2 pieces of cheesecake.

I cannot begin to express the level of quality and professionalism I received tonight. I ordered the Seafood Feast family meal and the food was superb and cooked fresh. When I pulled to the window the lady asked me what sauces I’d like only to have had them already ready. Will definitely be back!!!

Not disability friendly! No exceptions to ordering at the speaker (to allow driving to the window for better communication). This leaves those with speech and hearing issues with less service than others.
It affects my life zero, but I will not visit places who won’t allow such a simple, easy accommodation. As basic humans we should support one another by not giving money to such companies.
