At our Eastanollee, GA location, we are part of a historic seafood tradition. Captain D’s Seafood Restaurant first opened its doors back on August 15, 1969. A lot has changed since then, but our commitment to serving freshly prepared seafood at a great value has been our core mission from the beginning. Known originally as Mr. D’s Seafood and Hamburgers, Captain D’s was opened in Donelson, Tennessee. From the very start, we set out to provide quality seafood at reasonable prices, a concept that was revolutionary at the time.

I went and spent $30 on 3 meals.. the fish on all the plates was soggy and pale. The batter was mushy and not cooked. I went back and asked that they remake all the food or refund it all. She remade it all and it came out the exact same way. Pale and disgusting. I called up there to ask about it and she said I needed to order it well done and that it was my fault. I don’t feel you should have to order it well done in order for the batter for to be fully cooked and not soggy…

The store is always clean on the inside as well as the outside. I get the chicken so I can’t say how the fish is. The chicken is always hot and fresh when I get it. The staff are always friendly at this location. I go on Thursdays so great job to the staff that work then.

I’ll start with the good- the place was exceptionally clean. Maybe the associates were having a bad evening, but they seemed annoyed by my presence. It was a simple order, but I was cut off multiple times and given impatient looks. The food- the hush puppies taste exactly the same as always. The fish seems very different, but I haven’t been here since the start of covid. I’m not a fan. My daughter’s chicken was fantastic. If I return any time soon, it will be for chicken and jalapeño poppers.

We come all the way from Pickens, SC to eat here. The food is always good, they keep everything nice and clean, and the people are always friendly. It is closer for us to go to the one in Anderson, but it is always dirty, the service is terrible. I give this restaurant a five star review!

Bad experience at drive thru.
Paid 23$ for 2 meals and the cashier tried to take 5$ from the change. She gave it back and gave us an excuse. We opened our food and they served us the smallest pieces of fish possible. So done.

Came here today and ordered a seafood platter we got home to eat it and the stuffed crab seemed to have plastic in it, so we called about it and the manager Kayla told us it’s part of the shell, the other stuffed crab had no signs of plastic, so to confirm we called a different location and asked if it’s normal and they told us no, called Kayla back and got nowhere, then called a different location and questioned how there made, and they said they get the shells and the stuffing come separately. I tried 3 different phrases on Google. I can’t find anything on this Organic Plastic that appears in one shell and not the other. I guess I just ate plastic and have to deal with it………
