At our Rockmart, GA location, we are part of a historic seafood tradition. Captain D’s Seafood Restaurant first opened its doors back on August 15, 1969. A lot has changed since then, but our commitment to serving freshly prepared seafood at a great value has been our core mission from the beginning. Known originally as Mr. D’s Seafood and Hamburgers, Captain D’s was opened in Donelson, Tennessee. From the very start, we set out to provide quality seafood at reasonable prices, a concept that was revolutionary at the time.

The staff on Nov 30th nailed it. Its truly amazing how many cute girls work here. The cutie i talked to tonight helped me out deciding my order. I ended up with fish and dipped shrimp. The fish is 100 % great everyday. Thank you for your dedication is very appreciated.

Let me give Praise because this Captain D’s is the very best from the food to the customer service was excellent I wondered if the service would be as good as the last time I visited and it was. Hats off to the entire staff from the manager down. And yes their sanitation was on point.

When I got there I ordered my food. My food came out before I even got my condiments and drink fixed. The food was cooked to perfection and taste like it was cooked to order. The staff came out and even asked if I needed anything. Great food, and great service. Couldn’t ask for more.

Remember when you were 7 and Granny would eat at Captain D’s every Friday and you would always get a burger.. .
This has nothing to do with that, exceptionally clean facility. Great food. Staff is very helpful and came by the table offering assistance.
Those memories etched 49 years ago are kept alive when one can enjoy the dining experience.
And thankfully we have Captain D’s in Rockmart.
