If I go to restaurant and they have a Lobster Roll on the menu, I order. The first time I came here, I had the 6 oz Lobster Grilled cheese, excellent choice. When I came today I ordered the 6 oz Lobster Roll and I can honestly say, it is the best ive ever had. Flavor, texture and portion….PERFECT!!! Next time, im going to try the the Lobster Tacos.

My husband and I have been wanting to try this place for a while now. It’s date night, and we stopped on for an appetizer and I’m so glad we did! We got the shrimp and fish civiche and it was the perfect ratio of fish, shrimp, and the veggie elements. Also the amount of lime was perfect!
I was a little leery of it being inside a gas station but the gas station itself is clean and no foul odors.
We will be back to try the lobster roll and of course for more ceviche!

Go to the food truck in galveston every year and so bummed it was there.
We found their gas station location on the way home and wish we would have ordered more!
The food was on point. I love the amount of lime and protein. The service and knowledge is impeccable.

I went here for the first time the other day and glad I did! The ceviche is high quality and so tasty! I love the vibrant colors from the ingredients and everything is just so good. The co-owner let us try samples and provided wonderful service.

I was happily surprised by the mac and cheese. I’m very picky with mac and cheese so I hardly ever get it unless I think the cheese is thick and velvety—which Captain Ceviche’s is!!
