We usually go to the original All India Café in Glendale, where we’ve always loved the delicious food and warm hospitality. Recently, the owner suggested we check out their new Arcadia location, which her brother runs — so we decided to give it a try!
We started with a dosa appetizer, and it was fantastic — crispy, flavorful, and something new for me. The thali was exactly what we expected — a nice balance of dishes that highlight traditional Indian flavors. The naan, however, wasn’t as soft and fluffy as the Glendale location. The chicken tikka masala also had a different style — less creamy and a bit pasty compared to Glendale’s, though the chicken itself was tender and flavorful.
One of the highlights was the tea (chai) — it had that authentic Indian taste, rich, aromatic, and perfectly spiced. It truly reminded us of real Indian tea made back home — a great way to end the meal!
Overall, the vibe was welcoming, the owner was friendly, and the restaurant felt clean and new. Prices are on the higher side, but the quality and service make up for it.
⭐ Final Verdict:
All India Café Arcadia is a great new addition to the family! With just a few tweaks to match the creamy perfection of Glendale’s kitchen, it’s well on its way to becoming a local favorite.

Tasty food, lovely environment, and excellent service from everyone involved. What more can one ask for? I got garlic naan, veggie korma curry, rice, chai, and pani puri shots, which came out to a bit more than $40. I had enough leftovers for lunch the next day. Delicious, would go again!

So glad I tried this local gem! My husband and I have been hesitant to try new Indian restaurants because we have had bad experiences in the past. Our 1 Indian Food restaurant is 20 minutes away and that’s not great when you’re hungry! I’ve been eyeing this place since I saw it opened on Huntington and today I was craving Indian so instead of driving far away, I convinced my husband to take me here for lunch. We were both very impressed! The spicy level was perfect for us. The variety of foods and drinks was refreshing and delicious! We each got a different lunch special and tried both kinds of tea, and two desserts. I like that everything had its own complex flavors. Everything tasted different and did I say delicious? The service was amazing. I love that it is family owned and run. I was patiently given answers to my questions about the menu. We were even asked how the spicy level was and if it was to our liking. Who does that?! The ambiance was very clean and welcoming. This was the best lunch date I have had with my husband in a long time! Very pleased with everything and we will be back with more family!

For someone who doesn’t prefer Indian cuisine, I’ve eaten my share of Indian food because my adult children love Indian food. This particular one is definitely one of the best in SoCal. Its menu provides your standard selections and then some additional unique dishes. The various chicken dishes were very tasty and tender, especially the fried rice.
What this restaurant stood out was its attention to details. Most dishes, as in a decent restaurant of any cuisine, I could actually taste the different ingredients and spices, unlike most Indian restaurants that all your dishes tastes pretty much the same with all spices blended that you really couldn’t tell what you were eating.

I really love this new Indian restaurant! They do a great job with classic Indian specialties (chicken Tikka masala and lamb biryani are my favorites) but also feature some difficult to find south Indian items such as Masala Dosa. But they also feature some amazing “tapa” style appetizers I think they made up, such as the Pani Puri Shots. How to describe them? A crispy bite size edible bowl, or ball with hole in the top. They fill it with potatoes and spices and serve them with a small pitcher of sweet, spicy minty green sauce to pour in. Then pop the whole thing in your mouth. Just great! The staff is charming and informative.

It was our first time and the owner’s son was amazing. He explained the different foods and had great recommendations. For dessert, the ginger ice cream and the unique carrot cake, but not a cake, hard to explain. Something you must try to understand, how unique and delicious.. overall everything we ate was 12 out of 10.

Top tier Indian restaurant with lots of different options. Tried the feast for 2 and it was very filling with lots of different options and big portions. The pani puri also came on a small wagon which was very cute. Beautiful interior and very friendly staff.

Me and my partner just went for our anniversary, and we absolutely loved it! I haven’t had a vegan saag tofu in years because no restaurants have it, but All India has it, and it’s AMAZING! Try the plum chutney! And the naan is vegan too! We had enough food for two dinners! We’re so happy they are there now. And they are so kind! I can’t wait to go back! ❤️

We came from out of state, and we were greeted by the owner (Simran) the moment we walked in through the door
Simran was very pleasant and friendly, he had a lot of enthusiasm while we dined in for lunch, and he’s an attentive server
We ordered the dal of the day (dal makhani the day we dined in), saag paneer, and aloo paratha
We love that the food was freshly made, though it wasn’t as spicy as we’d hoped it would be
We came a little before the lunch crowd started trickling in, and we love the beautiful decor and ambiance
