As I arrived, I was immediately greeted by the host. Wyatt was my server and he was awesome! He was attentive and checked up on me occasionally. They do have a good salad bar and options to choose from on the buffet line. Some of the options were; fried scallops, friend shrimp, pasta, and pie. I have to say the prices are fair enough for what you pay for. It was around $39.95 for the buffet without crab legs, and about $59.95 for the buffet with crab legs (not including the prices for tax and drinks).

What a very pleasant surprise Capt Jack’s was!
We didn’t realise it was the first day of their season opening. The food was superb. Fresh , tasty and with a wonderful variety.
Our server Daniel could not have been nicer. So friendly and welcoming.
The only criticism is the actual place….there’s no windows…like you’re in a bunker! Not sure how you can change that!
Overall though..Good value…Great food…and super service.

My kids and I wanted to eat some fresh seafood so we decided to try this place to eat. it was a very small buffet. Our waiter was not very friendly at all. He seemed like he really hated his job, I don’t know if he just had a bad day or what but he just was not friendly and we felt the whole time like all the workers were just standing around staring at everybody while they were eating, they literally were standing up against the wall, just watching Towards the small eating area. The food didn’t seem fresh at all other than the crab legs. The service was not great at all and the atmosphere just felt off to the point my family and I just felt uncomfortable. for $60 per person, It just isn’t worth it so I do not recommend this restaurant.

All You Can Eat! Amazing selections on food bar. My favorite is the All You Can Eat Crab Legs! Cooked perfectly where the meat slides right out. My all time favorite place! Go back for more and no dirty looks either!

GARBAGE DONT COME. Paid over 200 dollars for 3 people and the crab legs taste and smell like they were caught in the septic tank. “ secret Gem” keep it secret don’t come here all the food is sweet and has sugar in it. They put all there money into advertising and not the food. If you want krab legs or any sea food go to the Local steamer down the road you pay 3 times less and get way better food

It’s not a large buffet but everything on it is prepared very well and kept fresh. The selection is good enough to get your seafood fix and keep non-seafood eaters happy. Their Royal Red Shrimp are amazing! Always ready for a return trip there!

The most disgusting food I have ever had in Panama City. At $70 a person it should’ve been more than unseasoned crab legs that were so overcooked the meat wouldn’t come out, and the rest of the food tasted like frozen out of the box heated up food. We stopped 2 people from going in on our way out. There was 6 of us and we got one plate a piece and was so disappointed by the quality and taste of the food. We will absolutely not be back and I hate that I even have to leave a star.

We went to both locations while we were in town. We love coming here. Staff is always friendly. Food has always been fresh. Don’t try being cheap and telling them you aren’t getting crab legs, they have LOTS of cameras and will charge you. As they should.

A wonderful meal. Great service, seafood was very fresh. The buffet it looked wonderful and was fully stocked every time we went to eat at it. Was clean neat presentable and well staffed. The crab legs were huge. A lot bigger than I expected on an all-you-can-eat buffet. It was very pricey as we spent over $60 a person for the buffet and tea. The ice cream was delicious it was nice to have that treat at the end of our meal. The desert bar had all kinds of yummy desserts and the serving sizes were not so big that you couldn’t try several and not completely blow your diet.
The atmosphere was very quaint and felt very Beach like. The staff really maintained it well and it was clean everywhere we went. The bathrooms were spotless and you felt confident that they took all precautions to ensure a safe and healthy meal.
Definitely on our list of ” must visit ” places to eat when we go to Panama City Beach
